The customer service at TextRequest has always been great! From the first contact, getting clear pricing and usage information as well as the training session when starting to use their service. We have always gotten promt responses with accurate information and they are always friendly and willing to help until your question/issue is resolved. Using Text Request has saved our office so much time using texts for appointment reminders, and patients have really liked the convenience of texts for reminders and other communication. There aren't any real dislikes or downsides of using Text Request. They offer different plans which do have some limitations of features, but I do like that you can add those features on to your plan without having to completely move to the next plan level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact we can use our voice phone numbers within this system is a huge plus for us. Our response time from our applicants was reduced dramatically. Our turnaround has increased dramatically. It is easy to use and mostly well organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact there are not better tiered security levels is a handicap. We all have to be Admins to see others' texts. This should be a lower than admin, maybe a manager's level security. It would be nice to be able to choose groups who can see each others' texts to limit some who shouldn't. Admin or a Super Admin should only be total control and able to view/do everything. We still love how easy it is to use. Text Request is used everyday more then five times a day. We would not change it. It is easy to navigate, easy to setup any automatic text messaging, you can also advertise if you would like. Customer Service is top notch they help right away. Text Request has been very helpful for my department to streamline our marketing efforts when it comes to texting. It is really easy to create brand segments and send texts to different texting groups based on what events we have coming up. It has made communication with our clients much easier. TextRequest is great because we can quickly reach our clients and they can reach us. We can create groups, have an auto reply, and even schedule when our open and closed auto replies will go out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We cannot delete messages on the platform. They have to just get pushed down near the bottom. Sometimes it crashes but it usually comes back quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Text Request is that as an agency, we can plan ahead and send mass text messages in order to create engagement with our customers. We've been using this landline texting service for our garage door business, and it's been fantastic! It makes communication with our customers so much easier and more efficient. We can quickly send updates, schedule appointments, and answer any questions they have. It's definitely a game-changer for our operations.
