This software has a very user-friendly layout. It is easy to navigate and use, even for our office staff who are not very tech savvy. We have hardly encountered any tech issues or bugs. The texting features are amazing! We can do so much with them, such as getting reviews, creating templates, using keywords, processing payments, sending attachments, photos and more! :) The customer service is always prompt and responsive to our emails and voice messages. We rely on this software every day, all week long. The software installation was smooth and quick, without any interruption. This amazed me greatly. I am very satisfied with TextRequest. What I appreciate most about Text Request is its Ease of implemation and the communication for businesses. The platform offers customer support, and a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to manage customer interactions via SMS. In terms of frequency of use, we rely on Text Request daily. there are a couple of areas for improvement, integration with existing systems is generally straightforward, there can be challenges when trying to connect with less common software tools. Improving the ease of integration with a wider range of platforms would greatly enhance the user experience and make it more versatile for businesses with diverse tech stacks.

We are able to add department tags to each number which helps increase response time & accuracy. We can see what staff member sent a reply. There's no limit on how many people you can text. We send auto-texts via our CRM that is connected to Text Request so that important information about the clients file can go to them in a timely manner without eating at staff time. When you update the Display name, you can't see the client's phone number without clicking their name to open the details window. You are able to communicate freely with clients and have a paper record of it, receive pictures, and offer advice after hours. It also provides a good environment for our FEAR FREE hospital where we don't have phones ringing off the hook constantly! I also like that you can schedule texts to go out in the future.
Update to original review: I dropped my score from a 10 to an 8, only because TR periodically has issues where you can't send text to pay links, will randomly log you out and say your login is invalid, or default to the hospital text line at the top of the list instead of the one you last left off on. I like how easy and intuitive it was to get setup along with their support, which helped as needed when I had questions. Their system is very easy to use and I was able to deploy it across multiple locations with various users without having to explain anything to them! Our needs are fairly simple but this has allowed us to reach out and contact customers where we haven't been able to get a response thru email or phone calls. It allows me to open it from any browser tab. This is helpful so I can input phone numbers and names easily and quickly and provides less mistakes on spelling. I also like that I have saved texts that I can use by just clicking on it and entering their first name! This is helpful because I have several tabs open at one time and I send a text to every customer I speak with. I also found it very helpful that if I have a question on how to do something within Text Request, all I have to do is shoot them a text. The only downfall I have found is that my text number is different from my actual business phone number. This can get confusing for some of our older customers. I know if I do have an issue, customer service is right there via text message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service at TextRequest has always been great! From the first contact, getting clear pricing and usage information as well as the training session when starting to use their service. We have always gotten promt responses with accurate information and they are always friendly and willing to help until your question/issue is resolved. Using Text Request has saved our office so much time using texts for appointment reminders, and patients have really liked the convenience of texts for reminders and other communication.
