"Simple and Effective Remote Connection"
5/5
What do you like best about TeamViewer?

I like how simple the connection with other PCs is. I also appreciate that TeamViewer saves the PCs in a directory by client, which reduces the time I spend accessing them to provide support to users. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, I just had to enter the account and register the device. And the tool is very good, I would give it a 10! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

The new interface is not practical and I would like it to be simpler and more like the classic view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for screen viewing and team remote screen access but need some bug fixes. "
4/5
What do you like best about TeamViewer?

Team Viewer has been easy to use and easy to collaborate to get all the IT issues fixed by the team, remotely gseek and help our colleagues but recently the app has started showing some bugs which I feel the team can improve on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

Recently I have seen, it has become a bit difficult most recently where whenever we are trying to generate a new password. And again sound sharing in some plans is still an issue but not a dealbreaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ying Qin of TeamViewer

Hello Ashutosh,

"Reliable remote access for supporting users, client applications and distributed teams"
5/5
What do you like best about TeamViewer?

As a Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase, I use TeamViewer to securely connect to remote development, testing, and support environments when I’m troubleshooting application issues. It makes it easy to collaborate quickly with distributed teams, resolve incidents faster, and reduce downtime by providing real-time access to systems without needing to be physically present. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

One area for improvement is connection latency and performance issues when accessing systems over slower networks. Frequent prompts and session reconnections can sometimes interrupt work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ying Qin of TeamViewer

Hello Taniya,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're delighted to hear that TeamViewer helps you quickly troubleshoot issues, support users, and collaborate with distributed teams without being on-site.

We also value your comments about performance on slower networks and occasional session interruptions. Our team continually works to improve connection stability and usability, and feedback like yours plays an important role in that process.

We appreciate your trust in TeamViewer and look forward to continuing to support your remote access needs.

"Most Efficient"
5/5
What do you like best about TeamViewer?

I find when troubleshooting with a property that TeamViewer is easier to navigate, control and assist the staff with solving the issue promptly rather than setting up meetings to join. Simple phone call and remote assistance is by far the better experience in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

As above. The cost is a huge factor when a lot of the world are moving along the teams path. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Valeria Di Prisco of TeamViewer

"Teamviewer use for small to medium Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about TeamViewer?

I find the ease of use to be the biggest advantage. I’ve tried a few other remote desktop applications, but TeamViewer for Business fits my company’s need to support at least two support engineers. The interface is intuitive and the billing is clear. I have yet to use the TeamViewer technical support, but their sales support team are diligent in following up with sales related enquiry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

I feel the subscription cost can be prohibitive. That said, coming from a services company, I find the after-sales support more than makes up for it and justifies the overall value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Valeria Di Prisco of TeamViewer

Hello Sher Rashid,

Thank you for sharing your experience.

We're pleased to hear that TeamViewer provides the ease of use and flexibility your team needs to support customers effectively. Knowing that the platform helps your support engineers collaborate and troubleshoot remotely across a wide geographic area is wonderful to hear.

"Stable and "just works""
4/5
What do you like best about TeamViewer?

Their remote support solution just works. New layout is also easy to use (for me).

Many other solutions usually don't work for whichever reason (connections, time-outs, ...), but with TeamViewer I'm sure I can get connected. Always stable, always works (at least if the endpoint has internet access). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

Not a lot. Only downside I could find, is complexity in documentation. It took me a while to identify which subscription exactly I required to also connect in VPN mode, documentation was very limited on this, and the software did not provide a helpful error (it just quit). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ying Qin of TeamViewer

Hi Hans,

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a positive review. We are pleased to hear that TeamViewer consistently delivers the stable connections you rely on and that the new layout has made your experience even smoother. It is great to know that tasks that previously required multiple steps can now be completed with ease.

We also value your comments about the documentation and the process of identifying the right subscription for VPN connectivity. Feedback like yours helps highlight areas where users would benefit from clearer guidance. "Works perfectly, but is no longer a bargain"
4/5
What do you like best about TeamViewer?

Fundamentally, we are very satisfied with the functionality of Teamviewer; the product is an essential part of our support workflow. Remote sessions are established quickly and securely, and without Teamviewer, our work would definitely be much more cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

Unfortunately, the price for the software has increased significantly in recent years - which shouldn't be a surprise, as the market in general is moving towards "more expensive." At least with Teamviewer, you can still talk to real people, and without going into detail: The initial price is not always set in stone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Valeria Di Prisco of TeamViewer

Hello Afebriwyn,

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're pleased to hear that TeamViewer continues to play an important role in your daily support operations and that its reliability and security help make remote support straightforward and efficient.

We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding pricing. Thank you for highlighting the value of being able to connect with our teams when needed.

It's great to know that TeamViewer is helping simplify remote user support, reduce travel requirements, and support flexible ways of working.

Best regards,

"Remote access at your fingertips, using Desktop, Laptop and Smartphone"
5/5
What do you like best about TeamViewer?

The stable connection quality and the ease of switching between multiple devices are definitely worth praising. The dashboard is also simple and straightforward, making it accessible for everyone—not just tech specialists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

It would be better if there were more customizable touch gestures or shortcuts. Lowering the cost of subscriptions or the professional plan would also help, along with adding new features such as AI integrations or improved support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ying Qin of TeamViewer

"Efficient Remote Access with Minor Connectivity Hiccups"
4/5
What do you like best about TeamViewer?

I use TeamViewer for remote desktop access, troubleshooting computers, file transfers, and support from anywhere without being present at the device. I like how fast TeamViewer connects and handles remote control with low lag, which lets me troubleshoot in real time, diagnose issues instantly, and guide users smoothly. Their response time to give feedback and solve problems is quick, making remote support feel like in-person help. The setup was straightforward; we just installed the client, logged into the account, and assigned devices. The interface is clear, and deploying it across Windows, Mac, and mobile took under an hour with minimal training needed. TeamViewer's better cross-platform support, faster connections, and more stable unattended access were the reasons we switched from AnyDesk and Chrome Remote Desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

Occasional connection drops, slower performance on weak networks, and pricing for commercial use can be high. Mobile control and file transfer features could also be more intuitive and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ying Qin of TeamViewer

It’s great to see that the quick setup and intuitive interface made deployment easy for your team, and that features like unattended access are supporting your day-to-day operations.

We also hear your feedback around occasional connection drops, performance on weaker networks, and usability improvements, and we appreciate you highlighting these points.

Thanks again for your feedback and for choosing TeamViewer!
