**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

It's very easy compared to other similar platforms. I like the ability to access remote systems and update. They have a lot of relevant information that solves my problems. I like that the support center is easily accessible. The articles available are very helpful.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

There's not a single feature of this tool I don't like, and I haven't had any significant issues during my time using it. I haven't had a bad experience yet.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The remote support tool is easy to use, and they are highly knowledgeable about resolving any issue. It offers extensive desktop control capabilities, allowing us to quickly transfer files whenever necessary.

Very reliable and consistent. Was easy to put into the hands of other team members and get them up to speed.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Some of the groupings and how different versions can cause issues. It is a little expensive for our smaller team so it would be nice if there were other licensing options.

We have a lot of point of sale systems and I'm able to quickly connect and solve problems as they come up.

Whenever I had faced any IT related issues with my system I simply got my issues resolved using team viewer by sharing my ID and password

I am a "creature of habit" and therefore have a negative attitude towards changes in operation. Prefer to stick with the simpler initial setup.

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

The best thing about TeamViewer is being able to connect to remote devices and help my clients or working with my team in general. Fast troubleshooting and sharing files is one of the biggest time efficiency benefits in this tipe of processes. I also appreciate the fact that is able to remove geographic barriers allowing me to assist anyone, regardless of where they are, regardless of scheduling an in-person session. It has turned into a core tool for the smooth and quick collaboration on ‘our’ daily tasks.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Teams often complain about Team Viewer not being very stable in connection, especialy when it is in the high traffic time. Which can be frustrating as it can lead to remote sessions being interrupted or slow just trying to resolve urgent issues. Furthermore, I feel the interface is often crowded, and it has a few more steps involved to actually reach my featured functions when I am debugging. That sometimes makes the process slower than it should be and has resulted in inefficiency when working under deadline.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My main problem with physical distance is solved by TeamViewer. It allows me to remotely access and control other systems so that I can respond and give immediate support in case of technical issues. We no longer need to wait for a problem to solve in person, thanks to it being a game changer for boosting productivity. This solution lets us work as a team in the same office as being in different locations which enhances overall efficiency and responsiveness when something goes wrong.

  ### 10. TeamViewer is really worth it for its easy and fast remote access features

I like remote file transfer and the quality of voice and customer chat. The responsiveness is amazing. I also like being able to access another computer without complications because it is so easy to use and that it surprises me. The interface is also flexible and they built it well to function correctly.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Their weak point is their prices, which in my opinion are very high, and they also have terrible cancellation policies.

It is ideal for easily connecting to another computer remotely, no matter where I am or what time it is. Its great because it works well and is easily accessible. Moreover, it greatly benefits us because we work remotely in a positive way.

Team Viewer is easy to use and more effective or reliable connectivity for remote devices. It's used every employee( windows, Mac, Android etc.) and it is two factor authentication and remote work is more easy.

The user interface is well-designed and has professional security features. I like being able to access system setting on computers, and file transfer were easy. The best part is how easily my clients can connect to the system.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

I'd love to see a more visually appealing admin console, file transfer isn't as intuitive as it could be. The admin controls can be  a bit vague at times.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's the best for remote computer access form anywhere. Its ease of use makes it highly adaptable for our entire team. It allows me to access remotely when no one is present. This has been the best remote access software we've ever used.

I like the ability to launch a command to run remotely, it allows users to easily control multiple computers. It offers multiple ways to access the remote computer and works much better than its peers. This is the best tool at an affordable price.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Some users have reported occasional connectivity issues, and some settings can be overwhelming at first. The software's configuration panels aren't attractive.

The platform features built-in tools that allow you to perform tasks easily, and is the most accessible program for remote support. It's compatible with all versions of Windows and has many interesting features.

We save the other party's ID. We don't have to ask for the other party's ID every time we connect.

It's not a problem for me. It meets my needs more than enough.

I connect to remote staff's computers and provide all kinds of support. I save time. It's especially helpful to provide support to computers in distant cities.

Another feature I really like is that I can transfer files from the system or any program and check them locally.

And the best part is that it allows me to connect from my cellphone to other devices, which has been very helpful when I've had to solve a problem and don't have a laptop with me.

For small businesses that only use this tool to solve specific problems from time to time, paying for a license is a bit expensive.

They should offer a plan where you can pay per connection or by duration of use.

Remote access in TeamViewer is very reliable. Being able to access any device from anywhere is a huge timesaver when working on client issue. It’s also seamless when it comes to the file transfer feature too. In a session, file sending and receiving is very quick, making support faster. Multi monitor support is another standout feature of it. All of a sudden all their screens make it much easier for me to work with clients that have a complex setup when I’m helping them set their screens up.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Some of the newer tools feel more up to date than TeamViewer's interface. It is functional, but needs improve on the layout. Moreover, the free version is restricted in some ways. For instance you are able to utilize it solely for possibly non commercial aims, which could be annoying when you require to shift from non commercial and professional usage. The premium features also come with a bit of a steep pricing for small businesses or user.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing remote support in the past was quite a nightmare. I had to use less reliable methods followed by misunderstandings and delays. With TeamViewer, now I can precisely see what the client is seeing and take control when needed. That has also significantly reduced how long it takes to resolve those things. An example of this is that, before, I may spend 30 minutes explaining a fix over the phone. Now, I can resolve the issue in just a few minutes now.

TeamViewer has high qualities for remote access. This was time consuming and costly as before I had to make the physical trip to clients' locations for tech support. Now, I am able to fix things right then and there from anywhere. All of this is a lifesaver when it comes to the file transfer feature. During a session I can quickly respond with or receive files. The multi monitor support is also fab. This allows me to see everything at once, the screens of all the clients, which is again hugely beneficial during troubleshooting.

TeamViewer’s pricing can be high for small businesses or individual users. That is a lot of investment by itself, let’s not even start with extra features. This can sometimes make the user interface quite cluttered with tools to make it hard to get to specific tools quickly. In addition, the software is not resource efficient for older hardware that is used during operation.

TeamViewer is a solution to support and access remote. So before I did use it, I was forced to rely on phone calls and emails that were often inefficient and even frustrating. This tool is amazing because of its simple setup, because it can run on any platform and be accessed from anywhere, which is my favorite. I also love that the links I send can be shared, and the program can be temporarily installed, making it easier to access and share the screen or anything youre using.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

What I dont like is that I usually receive monthly emails offering me more services from their product.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer has been our helping hand to work together remotely and has now become a recognized tool that has benefited us so far due to its excellent services.

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I love its organization, it's extremely easy to connect to a remote PC. It has very important features, it's been our primary remote support tool. It's focused on working as needed, and the process of connecting to a client's accounts is very easy.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

There were issues with file transfers or delays, and sometimes it's difficult to sync with my calendar. Some tasks can take a long time if you have connection issues on some machines.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The program allow you fast and secure connections, and works reliably every time I need to connect to my computer. We're able to upgrade our support service, it's allowed me to resolve customer issues quickly.

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

The software applications are very easy to use, giving me almost complete control of the remote team. It offers excellent auto-connect capabilities, making it easy to provide remote support to users. I love the cross-platform connectivity.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

It's a little different for each browser, sometimes, the copy and paste function does't work. I'd like to see tablet support. There are also times when the connection can be slow.

We use this tool to help customers who are having difficulties. All of these features provide a pleasant experience. It allows me to log in as an administrator to make administrative changes. We've set up many devices.

I like being able to access more than one computer, it has a super intuitive interface. It offers numerous features that cover a variety of needs and allows simultaneous remote connections. I love the simplicity of this software, it has been an excellent tool for monitoring.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

It's a bit difficult to click on certain parts, and integration can be a bit complicated for inexperienced users. The installation instructions could be a bit more precise.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've very pleased with how easy it is to set up. It allows me to remotely assist my employees. The virtual assistant easily logs into my computer, and the setup application is lightweight.

I really like being able to interact with User Account Control, you can easily run commands on a remote computer. It offers a customizable solution and runs directly from your server. It connects quickly with a single click.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

The installation process needs to be streamlined, it can sometimes be slow when selecting a machine. It's not possible to use your own domain, and custom configuration can be a bit confusing.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The product is excellent, it's very lightweight and works perfectly on our PCs. It does exactly what we need, allowing our technicians to spend more time troubleshooting. The program is very easy to download.

I like that the design allows me to easily navigate the icons, and everyone can easily access their systems for support. It has all the features needed to provide excellent service, and I like the remote connection with customers.

The connection is sometimes poor, not always connecting after new updates. It sometimes provides a slow response on my computer, and end users have trouble connecting.

This product has been instrumental in resolving customer issues. Remote control is crucial for my user support. This ease of use makes it the first choice for troubleshooting, allowing us to connect to different servers without any issues.

Remote meeting , easily sharing the files remotely , also while guiding to do new task.

For me none, as I mostly use only for transferring files from pc to mobile or vice versa.

(Attached the screenshot ) Using for my File sharing or downloading in pc or laptop or phone and also sometimes to remotely use the mobile for locking the laptop or using mobile as a mouse.
