What do you like best about TeamViewer?

- Simple interface, easy to use: The interface is arranged scientifically and easy to understand so the new users can understand how to use it immediately

- Free to use: Currently, TeamViewer is free for individuals to use freely

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

- The cost for corporate is relatively high.

- Sharing large files via TeamViewer takes a long time, and sometimes it cannot be done. So if I need to transfer a large size of materials, I must use another platform, so it is inconvenient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can connect with the IT support team when I want to fix any problem with my computer. It is very easy to connect my laptop with the IT team to help me set up software or fix any problem. What do you like best about TeamViewer?

It is an excellent tool for providing online support when someone else has problems with their PC or any installed program.

I also like how easy it is to connect with the remote team and check any issues.

Another feature I really like is that I can transfer system files or any program and check it locally.

And the best part is that it allows me to connect from my phone to other devices, which has been very helpful when I have had to solve a problem and don't have a laptop with me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

For small businesses that only use this tool to solve specific problems from time to time, paying for a license is a bit expensive.

What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem that TeamViewer has helped me solve is saving time and money, thanks to this tool I don't have to physically travel to my clients, which saves me a lot of time and I don't have to spend on fuel.

What do you like best about TeamViewer?

I like this software because it makes it easy to connect to any device regardless of the operating system as it is available on any platform or through the browser. I also like that it allows me to create virtual rooms, share documents and in the end everything in a few clicks. What do you like best about TeamViewer?

I've been using TeamViewer for remote access and support, and overall, I'm very satisfied with its performance and stability. What do you like best about TeamViewer?

I have been using Teamviewer personally since Ver3, so I have seen a lot of changes. As I do a massive amount of remote work (some sites are over12hrs away and very remote in the Australian Outback!), having remote access that does not fail is essential.

I use Teamviewer daily as most of my machines have a need to be interfaced daily for adds, moves, & changes

The ability to have a personalised remote Quick Support module (complete with our company colours and logo!) to send a link for a customer to download and have them notify us when they need support makes any company look more professional.

We integrate Teamviewer access as part of the procedure hen programming up new remote devices. Implementation

Also, when dealing with Teamviewer Tech support, I have never had any issues with contacting them and having issues addresses. I highly recommend them to anyone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

The downside to Teamviewer is that you now need to have an account (free or paid) to connect to another device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TeamViewer?

TeamViewer corporation has many services and features that I don't even know or use. But for remote access to other computers, TeamViewer software works very well in Linux, Mac, and Windows. I deal with the subscription fee because of the ease of native software for many Debian variant versions of Linux. Also, when I asked for help, their technical support and forum were good. What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

I prefer open-source software and perpetual licenses. TeamViewer has a closed-source and a renewing license. I held out for the longest time with my perpetual license version, which is still installed on a couple of older computers. However, the continued work that the good people at TeamViewer Corp are doing has afforded them software that runs natively in Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, Mint, etc.) and is still being perfected. For that "ding," I believe it is understandable that they want a continuing income from us users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a consultant, I need to help people who can't describe their problem adequately. You may be surprised how many can't put coherent sentences together. I also use the software to have multiple computers' under my control. I am able to have different machines doing several tasks which I can check on from my laptop. What do you like best about TeamViewer?

I like the ability to provide assisted remote support, I can monitor which computers are left on overnight. It allows me to log into any computer and access it remotely, I love having full remote control capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
