What do you like best about Tango?

The simplicity of the product makes documentation my default. Rather than needing to find 20-40 minutes to document a process, it can be done in 5-10 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

Sometimes it captures too many steps. That requires removing ~10% of the steps to clean it up. It seems like something Tango will get better at as they capture more workflows for users and can see what is most helpful to capture. I'd much rather the product capture too many steps than not enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great easy to use UI and very focused approach in terms of what the product can and cannot do. I love that this product makes me scalable, and helps me teach others effectively Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
