I like how easy it is to make guides with screenshots. After 20+ years experience in training others and having made training material the slow way (screenshots, edit the pic, type up instructions...) Tango makes this a breeze. I use it to make training materials for my clients and now to capture my own processes as I prepare to hire staff for my company. Even if I don't have time to touch up & organize the guides I make, I LOVE that Tango has a browser extension so I can just click a button and record my normal workflow on a task. It automates the screen capture AND instructions so later on I just need to review and provide tweaks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you don't pay attention to what you're doing, a guide can accidentally become overwhelming. They offer ways around it, such as pausing the screen capture during redundant tasks you don't need to capture - but when I forget, I'll end up with a very long guide that takes a bit of time to clean up.
