Your training walkthroughs are integrated into your knowledge base, learning management system, ticketing system, and Teams & Slack, in addition to living inside of your business applications. So your employees get the same exact experience everywhere they find knowledge. 3. You can try Tango free without talking to sales or putting in a credit card. G2 customers rate Tango as the easiest Digital Adoption Platform to setup and use. And you can prove it works on your specific business application right now. Download our free Chrome or Edge extension, use Click-to-Create to make your first walkthrough, and then click the "Guide Me" button to experience your walkthrough in-app the way your employees will.

Tango is intuitive. It didn't require a lot of training to get started or to learn how to use the system. I like that I can easily pause recording ...

I love it when people ignore my training... said no one ever 🤦. If you're rolling out software, you can't afford to train co-workers multiple times because they don't like change. Drive process adoption with your most stubborn teammates.

What do you like best about Tango?

I love that when I am creating tutorials through Tango I can edit what is screenshot and the description underneath. my staff can follow along with the guide that Tango provides. If I accidentally click something, it can be easily deleted from the transcript of what is being automatically created. I absolutely love that Tango creates a PDF version of the tutorial and then provides a link for Tango to guide users through step by step! What!! I have shared this with every person I've come into contact with. It has literally saved me SO MUCH TIME when I have people emailing me asking how to do something. All I have to do is send them the PDF that I downloaded (with the "guide me" link) and their problems are solved! It was literally SO easy to implement. Now, my entire time is making them, so the ease of integrating has been seamless, and I use it all of the time!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

I don't love, love that the PDF printed off only 1 or 2 steps per page, so I do feel like I'm wasting paper a bit when I print those off for people - but they shouldn't even be using the PDF version because the "guide me" feature is AMAZING! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tango makes the screenshots for me so that I don't have to. Then it saves me time so that I don't have to guide my people through how to do something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tango?

I can do most of the tutorials I need for free!!! You just screen record yourself doing it and it automatically creates the steps for you which then you can edit/remove/add any of them based on your needs, which is fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

Not really anything to dislike, it's a free tool that does a great job on creating tutorials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Tango I had to screenshot steps and do all the tutorials manually which was very time consuming. Now, I can do this super easy while also being able to have an intuitive tool that does a lot more than screenshot steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tango?

Tango has been incredibly helpful for me when I am running training sessions for clients. When I need to have them complete steps ahead of training, like logging in for the first time or connecting their email, or after to document an established process, Tango saves me a ton of time and energy when I create those guides. I can create customized guides, or use general ones I've made before, which is fantastic. I use Tango a few times a month, but it saves me probably a few hours at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

Not much, I really, really like Tango. At most perhaps the search function in the extension could be a bit easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?

Set-up guides for my clients, which I would otherwise have to either get on a video call, or take meticulous screenshots and write-out instructions for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tango?

Tango is incredibly easy to use and captures your work with remarkable speed. It saves a lot of time by recording software functions in just seconds Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

There is nothing I dislike. I am just waiting for some new features to become available in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instead of teaching live or recording multiple videos and spending hours of my day, Tango does the work for me. For example, if I want to demonstrate the booking process or system functions, I can capture all the steps and functions in just a few minutes. Tango then saves everything, and I can easily adjust, highlight important parts, and add explanations and other details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tango?

Tango has greatly improved the way we are able to walk our customers through testing and training within our product. We're newer users of Tango, but I only see us expanding on the ways we can use it moving forward! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

There are not necessarily downsides, but things I would like to see improved upon:

1. Ability to rearrange sections in groups rather than individually. This gets tediuous quickly

2. Links to the webpages that are being captured when the Tango is duplicated (these links remain the same, and I believe it would be helpful for them to be removed upon duplication). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tango eliminates a lot of redundancies in our training and testing phases. I love that it is a live document that can be changed in real-time while our customers are learning more aobut our product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tango?

It helps you a lot to create detailed guidelines for colleagues and friends. It boosts the productivity and reduce time for making boring stuff and turn them into nearly fun activities. It's very user friendly, with just two clicks it's accessible from the Chrome extensions (so no need to setup or difficult implementations). I use it often to create documents for my colleagues. It's fully integrated with chrome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

TBH I found nothing that could be immproved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?

It reduces the time for making guidelines and make the work easier and funnier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tango?

The desktop capture app makes recording workflows super easy. It basically works in the background while you perform the task and the process document writes itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

It picks up every mouse move and click. I can see in the near-future it will get smarter at this and cut out some of the redundant clicks and keystrokes that people just coincidentally perform and record. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralising and standardising work instructions in a cloud environment with good user access controls etc as well as analytics. Leads to some significant time savings too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tango?

It was extremely user friendly and took a task that would have taken a full days work down to an hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

The only downsides I ran into were that I couldn't share a folder with the free subscription and that I couldn't combine all of them into one document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem it solved was the time it takes to teach someone a task. This is beneficial in the fact that I can create "How To" documents and instead of training everyone I can hand out these documents (which tango makes very easy to understand and read) and have a more efficient workflow in the office. This tool takes away the 30 minutes of explaining and allows everyone the ability to quickly refrence the document for any issues they are running into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tango?

I did like the screen shot recording, making it easier to capture quickly as you go through steps in a functional process. The editing options, such as redaction or blurring is a plus for sensitive data that may appear on screen but do not want to widely share. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

I would like the steps the AI documents to be a little more detailed, their competitors have this. In addition the screen shots do not go as wide as I's like to capture full screen without just zooming in on a specific area of the screen. Lastly, the export option is tedious whn trying to get it to into MS Word, another feature their competitor I switched to has. All else, this serves its purpose as a tool, reducing screen capture times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?

This tool assists when I am writing user guides for new processes and applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tango?

It's dead-simple to create and share Tangos. Since Tangos are intended to be initiated by the user wherever they are, integrating Tango into the users' flow of work is seamless. With adoption metrics available to track slow adoptors in need of 1:1 training or instructions that can be more clear, I have everything I need to ensure processes are being followed and data is reliable. Without a process adoption software like Tanog, we're left with reactive tracking of bad data and hoping someone asks for help before they muck it up. With Tango, we can be proactive about ensuring marketing, sales, and client data is dependable and available. Tango offers SSO, are SOC II certified, and make blurring sensitive data available when required. These security benefits are a huge asset and I think the features available and recently rolled out indicate how closely they listen to customer feedback.

If you aren't ready to pull the trigger or don't have buy-in, the free-account is worth your time. They offer a ton of value for free, further demonstrating their commitment to their users. Highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

I found it difficult to gain executive sponsorship, the website is ambiguous and required multiple videos to understand what the product is. Then it took testing the creation and guidance process to really grasp the full experience. It might just be one of those things that you have to see to get, but this makes sponsorship difficult when they won't sit to watch a video or a demo.

Tango offers a massive value (when you understand it), but for small shops wanting all the features, it's pricey and will be a hard sell, especially since the recent price model change. Be persistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?

Enabling our CRM editing users (along with other platforms) with process guidance and our admins with adoption metrics. As we continue launching process changes to keep up with our growth goals, we need something to enable our team streamlined adoption and accurate execution every time.
