I love that I can be in the middle of a task and think "hmm, this needs to be recorded" and simply hit the Tango button and continue doing the task with no interruption.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

Occasionally, the tool doesn't capture exactly what I need while I'm working, which means I have to go back, edit, and re-snip. However, this is only a minor inconvenience. I also think it would be helpful if the online and desktop versions of Tango were combined, making it easier to capture every step of your process seamlessly.

**What do you like best about Tango?**

The best thing about tango is you can create guide by just clicking the parts that you want to how, even highlighting it for us so that the people who will see our guide is guided on what to click.

Help our customer support if the client is having a question on how to get some reports on the software, our support just send the guide for that.

What I dislike about tango is you there is not much option for the user to edit the photo that is captured.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tango solved our problem in making a huge user guide for our software that will be irelevant after a few months (because we update features every week) And tango is very easy to edit/add additional steps on the guide base on our system.

**Reviewed by:** Amy B. | Adjunct Professor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Tango?**

I use tango regularly to create interactive visual aids and how-to guides to help students and colleagues solve problems. The simple process of putting one together allows me to create a comprehensive guide in seconds, which I can then name, edit, and send to anyone. The best part about tango is that it will walk you through the task side-by-side, seeing both the instructions and the page you're working with at once. It is super simple to add as an extension to Google Chrome.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

Tango does draw directly from the page you're looking at, so if it is a page with sensitive or personal information, there is not currently a tool that allows you to blur things out.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I consistently need to communicate complex steps across remote platforms. This helps me to communicate with students and colleagues efficiently and effectively without the hassle of "jumping on a Zoom call".

It's great that I can easily use it to receive my incentives from participating in crowdfunding and spend it without problems. **What do you like best about Tango?**

I appreciate that it's a very useful tool and I can document steps very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

I think there should be an option for making video recordings, instead of just step-by-step guides. Having this would provide a wider variety of options to choose from.

I use Tango to save time on documenting processes by automatically creating step-by-step guides for my employees, eliminating the need to type everything manually.

 ### 21. Effortless Guide Creation with Seamless Editing and Interactive Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Tango?**

Tango makes it incredibly quick to build user guides simply by walking through a workflow as you normally would. The capture process is seamless, and I appreciate how easy it is to go back and edit or refine steps as needed. The tool supports different learning styles well. Some users prefer a written guide, while others learn best by being hands-on, and Tango meets both needs. Reviewers can reference the guide on their own or use the “step me through it” feature, which creates a more interactive experience.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

No major concerns so far. Any small edits I’ve needed have been easy to make.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me quickly produce clean, consistent documentation without needing a lot of manual screenshots or formatting. This has saved time, reduced confusion across teams, and supported better training outcomes. The flexibility in how end users engage with the material has been especially valuable, ensuring the content works for different learning preferences and supports stronger adoption.

 ### 22. Wide Gift Card Selection with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyrail H. | Full Stack Web Developer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Tango?**

I like the simple fact that Tango offers multiple gift cards to choose from, including different brands. It's always nice to have something different to choose from instead of just picking one simple gift card from the same brand every time I get a reward. The initial setup was easy. It's basically self-explanatory. You choose what kind of gift cards you want, and you can search for a gift card or products.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

I can say they can add more Visa, e-cards, or Mastercards and a different variety of Google Play cards, different restaurants, and clothing stores.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tango makes it easier to choose gift cards and claim rewards, offering multiple brands and options, which is great for diversity in rewards.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team has different levels of digital experience. Having easy to view steps is a great tool in ensuring everyone has the steps to complete a task or use a program.

 ### 24. Misleading Features and Poor Refund Policy

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jared S. | Chief Operating Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Tango?**

I like the good branding of Tango. I also find the auto workflows to be a valuable feature.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

I didn't have the features on the desktop app I expected and was sold. Tried to cancel right away and wouldn't be given a refund. I read the features were misadvertised and it didn't deliver them. The desktop app is janky. I wouldn't recommend it.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Tango for auto workflows but expected more features on the desktop app that weren't delivered.

 ### 25. Makes onboarding new employees a breeze!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shyra Q. | SVP, Clinical Strategy, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Tango?**

The Chrome extension makes even last minute workflow captures no problem for our team. We can develop SOPs/workflows in minutes and share them with our team via links. I appreciate the ability to quickly edit steps and keep the links updated rather than having to share the entire workflow all over again. I also appreciate the ability to add in our own screenshots and blur portions of the screen. Tango is easy to get started with, the desktop app makes it easy to include out-of-browser screenshots. I use Tango near daily when we are getting started with a new product or process. It is well received by our entire team and the Guide Me feature has reduced the amount of in-person time I have to spend training people on multistep processes. The embed link features are probably my favorite; we can put them right where our employees need to see them.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

There are no downsides to using Tango. This is my third company using Tango and I will continue to ensure Tango is a part of my daily work life no matter where I work!

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training and onboarding is a breeze with Tango. Our team is entirely remote so training someone can take a ton of time; with Tango, we can show them once and then refer them to the workflows (especially with the Guide Me feature) to follow along. It significantly reduces the number of interruptions in a day from a newer employee who doesn't remember all of the steps they need to follow. I have used Tango in seed startups with as few as 6 employees and in large multistate 2000 employee companies and the reception is great from those using the guides on both ends of that spectrum.

 ### 27. Effortless Content Creation and the Show Me Feature Shine

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derrick G. | Operations Training Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

Easy to create content and quickly share with the end-users. Love love love the Show Me feature as my onset team is indicated it's been very helpful to walk them through a new process

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

That end users have to download an extension in order to use the Show Me feature. Adding steps for personnel that is struggling in the first place (nuance of added technology and steps) adds to thei confusion.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of awareness of procedure or new system.

 ### 28. Streamlines Document Management with Ease

**What do you like best about Tango?**

I love how easy it is to use Tango and how it effortlessly lets me customize anything. I can add additional context, edit my screenshots, and update any description, all with ease. It's also great at summarizing documents step by step, so I don't have to read the whole thing. Plus, setting it up as a browser extension was really straightforward, which I appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

I don't think that there could be much as far as improvement, Maybe if they were able to add the extension to an iOS, that would be pretty cool.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tango solves my time problem since it's easy to use, summarizes documents, and shows step-by-step procedures so I don't have to read everything.

 ### 29. Streamlined Documentation with Minor Hiccups

**What do you like best about Tango?**

I use Tango to document my work processes so I don't have to explain the same steps repeatedly. It automatically captures my steps and turns them into clear, step-by-step guides without extra effort. I also like how easy it is to share, edit, and reuse those guides for training. Setup was quite user-friendly and easy.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

Sometimes the auto-captured steps need manual editing, especially for complex or dynamic workflows. It also feels a bit slow on heavy web pages and the screenshots occasionally need cleanup.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Tango to document work processes, reducing time wasted on manual documentation. It helps avoid confusion and mistakes, automatically capturing steps into guides, which I can easily share and reuse.

**What do you like best about Tango?**

“I’ve been using Tango to capture processes and create quick how‑to guides, and honestly it’s been a lifesaver for documentation. Instead of doing full screen recordings or manually taking screenshots, Tango automatically captures each step and turns it into a clean, editable workflow with text descriptions, which is super handy for explaining tasks to coworkers or clients without any ambiguity.

The interface feels intuitive, and it saves a ton of time compared to documenting everything step by step on my own. I also like that I can edit the screenshots afterward, blur sensitive information, and then export the guide or share a link right away.

That said, it isn’t a traditional video recorder, so don’t expect full motion recording or audio capture like you’d get from Loom or Camtasia. If you need video tutorials, you’ll still want a separate tool for that.

Overall, it’s great for SOPs and workflow documentation: it saves time and makes sharing processes easy. Just keep in mind that its focus isn’t on video capture.”

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

Nothing to add at the moment. It’s a good program, and I’m still playing around in it.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Screensharing

 ### 31. Real-Time Global Connections with Engaging Live Streams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Tango?**

What I like best about the Tango app is its ability to bring people together in real time through live video, audio rooms, and interactive social features. The platform makes it easy to connect with new people from different cultures, creating a sense of global community. I especially enjoy the live streaming experience, where creators and viewers can interact instantly through chats, virtual gifts, and reactions, making the experience more engaging and personal.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

While Tango offers a lively and engaging social experience, there are a few areas that could be improved. One of the main drawbacks is that some features feel heavily monetized, with virtual gifts and premium options sometimes overshadowing genuine interactions. This can make the experience feel less organic for users who prefer casual socializing. Additionally, the app can occasionally feel overwhelming due to the high volume of live streams and notifications, making it difficult to discover content that truly matches personal interests.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tango solves the problem of limited social connection by providing a real-time platform where people can interact beyond traditional messaging or static social media. It addresses the challenge of meeting new people and building communities by offering live video chats, audio rooms, and interactive streams that feel more personal and engaging. The instant translation feature helps overcome language barriers, making global communication accessible and meaningful.

 ### 32. Tango Makes Workflow Documentation Simple and Visual

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Tango?**

I really enjoy using Tango because it helps me communicate instructions clearly and effectively. The step-by-step guides are easy to create and even easier for others to follow. It saves me so much time when explaining processes or training team members. I love how organized and visual it is. It takes something that could be complicated and makes it simple and shareable.

Highly recommend it for anyone who needs to document workflows or communicate steps clearly!

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

At this time, I don't have any feedback to share. The tool has been excellent so far.

 ### 33. User-Friendly Tool That Revolutionizes Documentation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Tango?**

Tango is user friendly. It works great for documenting and capturing screenshots. Tango has saved me hours of labor and time. With a click, Tango with capture a screen and describe the steps. Editing is a breeze. This tool is my favorite go to for creating user guides.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

I dislike the fact that I’m only able to use Tango in the browser that I have open. It would be great if I could click on images that I have saved.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m in the process of creating user guides for our CRM system and Tango is making life so much easier for me because of its click and capture feature. Otherwise, I would have to create individual screenshots and type out the commands and steps, but Tango that’s all of that automatically.

 ### 34. Quick Payments with Multiple Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MICHELLE L. | Certified Phlebotomy Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Tango?**

I use Tango to receive payment after filling out surveys or doing research studies, and I like that it gives me many options to choose from for payment. This solves the problem of having only one payment option like a check or only PayPal. It is very quick; I receive payment in minutes. Also, I think it's fantastic as it is.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

I wish Tango was available on more platforms, especially all the survey platforms.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Tango to receive payments after surveys or research studies. It gives me multiple payment options, unlike just a check or PayPal, solving the issue of limited choices. It's quick too, with payments received in minutes.

 ### 35. Effortless Visual Tutorials for Educators

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebekah B. | Instructional technology coach, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Tango?**

Rather than spending time making a long how-to video, I find that Tango makes it incredibly simple to create a visual tutorial and share it with others. I use this tool in a public school setting.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

I find it frustrating that I can only create a limited number of tangos unless I delete some of the existing ones. This restriction makes it less convenient to manage my tangos the way I would like.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool provides straightforward tutorials designed for teachers and education professionals who frequently use various digital platforms in their teaching. It helps make navigating these platforms easier for educators.

 ### 36. Automated Screenshots and Click Zoom Make Recording Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valerie F. | Customer Success Lead / Program Operations Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Tango?**

I love the automated screenshots and zooming in on what I click. Very easy to delete extra steps if I make a mistake

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

I forget about the pause button. Nothing about the software itself, just need to remember its there.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am the ONLY person at my work who does specific things, so when I am out for more than a day, a lot of work stalls. I'm prepping these for summer so that others can at least keep things afloat and I don't have to be stuck to my laptop.

 ### 37. Build a document and deliver knowledge — easy peasy lemon squeezy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalia G. | Product Director UX/UI, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Tango?**

Tango is an app that helps me clearly show how everything works on our platform. It's incredibly easy to use, and I especially love the smart feature that lets me highlight sections with color frames — it's such an intuitive way to guide users through documentation.
The UI is clean, straightforward, and easy to follow. As a product designer, I truly appreciate how smooth, practical, and enjoyable the whole experience is.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

If I could suggest one improvement, it would be around the Drafts section. While the drawer does show your current sections, it would be super helpful if it also included the number of drafts you're currently working on. This small detail could make it easier to pick up where you left off and stay organized when creating multiple Tango documents.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Tango, creating step-by-step guides was time-consuming and repetitive. Now, I can document processes quickly and share them clearly with the team — which has improved onboarding and reduced support questions.

 ### 38. Tango Makes Step-by-Step Guides Effortlessly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amina A. | Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Tango?**

i like how tango automatically turn my actions into step by step guidly without extra effort

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

sometimes the guid need small editing after recording because not every step captures perfectly

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before tango documents software was slow and manual

 ### 39. Instant Rewards, Effortless Redemption

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dhanjit D. | Self-Employed Painter & Basic Computer Work, Construction, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Tango?**

What I like most about Tango is that rewards are delivered instantly, and the redemption process is very fast. I also like that there are multiple reward options available, so I can choose something that actually fits my needs instead of receiving a fixed reward. Another thing that stands out is the clean interface, which makes everything easy to understand even the first time you use it.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

I think they should improve their customer service for better performance.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tango solves the problem of choice and convenience for me, letting me redeem random rewards quickly, ensuring I can choose what fits my needs instead of fixed rewards.

 ### 40. Tango Makes Bug Reproduction and Developer Collaboration Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deepak K. | Senior Quality Analyst, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Tango?**

Tango helps me collaborate with developers by making it easier to reproduce problems, so we can investigate them and move the work forward.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

The UI needs to be improved, and a few statistics aren’t easy to understand.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps resolve many communication issues and unclear scenarios between QA, developers, and users.

 ### 41. Tango is the best took for creating SOP's

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meredith E. | Co-CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Tango?**

I love how easy it is to use. Just two clicks to get it started and then I can record as many steps as necessary to document a process. But the absolute best part is how easy it is to then edit or add comments to the steps. If I make a mistake during the recording, I don't have to start over, I can just remove the incorrect steps from the Tango. OR if I realize I left something out it's so easy to just quickly add an additional screen grab or note.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

There are some applications that don't seem to show up very well with Tango. Specifically our CRM - for some reason when i'm trying to make a Tango using that platform it doesn't capture every step, or screen change.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tango has solved the painful process of showing someone how to perform a task or series of tasks. We are a 100% virtual company and we used to have to get on a zoom, do a screen share, walk through the process, adn then two months later when the person went to do the task they would have forgotten everything. But now I can make a tango with takes a fraction of the time of a meeting, send the link and they can watch and perform the task, as well as have the Tango to refer back to anytime.

Tango has also made it hard for any team members to complain about making SOPs because Tango takes all the struggle out of it. They don't have to think about how to explain something, or type out instructions and realize they didn't include a small detail. So as a result, everyone has much more up to date SOPs which makes it so much easier for them to fill in for each other during PTO or unexpected absences.

 ### 42. Effortless Workflow Sharing with Tango Chrome Extension

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lori M. | System Administator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Tango?**

The extension in Chrome is the real deal! It is so easy to get screenshots, record workflows, and easily share it once done. The days of manual screen grabs and pasting in Word are gone! Tango makes it so easy to share vital workflows to the end users. As a system admin, it makes my job so much more efficient!

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

I haven't found anything I don't enjoy. Sometimes the extension in chrome requires a quick repair but otherwise it works great.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Educating the end users on the software. Teaching them ways to self serve and grow their knowledge.

 ### 43. Friendly UI with Flexible Screen Recording Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Tango?**

The friendly UI and the options given to record material from my screen. It's implementation also is super straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

Missing cloning, duplicating functionality. When creating training material it's often that parts of the material are the same for different groups receiving different material. It would be super helpful to be able to duplicate a guide created and just make small changes instead of replicating from scratch. AI enhancements on wording or styling or flow of the training suggestion could also be helpful

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trainings, guides and documentation needs to client front projects

 ### 44. Streamlined Automation with Room for Growth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fernando M. | Technical Sales Representative, Manufacturing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Tango?**

I use Tango to automate and document my processes, and I really like the way I can export my reports. It's easy to use and a friendly app with organized content. I think it helps prevent errors, and I feel it gives me compliance confidence. Also, it's easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

I do not like the limited advanced functionality and the editing can be cumbersome. Also, it would be nice if there were more advantages on free plans.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Tango to automate and document my processes. It helps with different sectors like sales and HR, and it can prevent errors, giving me compliance confidence.

 ### 45. Effortless to Use and Share—A Delightful Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gail S. | Digital CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Tango?**

The ease of using it and the ease of sharing it!

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

There is really nothing I dislike about Tango

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love being able to quickly create Tango's for my students and clients for basically any process or workflow that needs to be repeated. My student love the walkthroughs as well as the ease of use. I am sure that many of them have started using it in their own businesses in the same way.

 ### 46. Effortless to Use and Navigate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katelyn S. | Senior Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Tango?**

The ease at which to use it. It makes tutorials super easy

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

It can't track movements off the web. I wish that I could show my entire screen

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping save time by being able to show workflows to staff.

 ### 47. Easy to Use and Super Affordable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill R. | Attorney/President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Tango?**

Easy to use and you can't beat the price.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

Other than reading my mind and doing it for me I can't think of a thing I dislike.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training and step-by-step instructions to older clients who sometimes struggle with technology.

 ### 48. Turn Clicks into Clarity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vaishali R. | Technical Writer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Tango?**

What I like best about Tango is how it simplifies the process of creating documentation from scratch. It is incredibly helpful in building that crucial first draft just by capturing the steps as I perform them. Later, Tango's generated PDF feature lets me polish the output into a more refined, professional version, without having to start over or switch tools. Really, it is a game-changer for anyone who needs to create clear, shareable process docs quickly.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

While Tango is a great tool for quickly capturing process flows, there are a few limitations. The editing features could be more flexible, especially when I want to reorder steps or customize screenshots beyond basic annotations. The PDF version is not perfectly aligned with our tone, so a bit of manual cleanup is needed.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tango helps us eliminate the time-consuming and often error-prone task of manual process documentation. With Tango, I can generate a clear, visual guide just by walking through a process once. This has significantly sped up the documentation effort.

 ### 49. Effortless Process Sharing, But Limited Customization Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Remy P. | Graphic Design Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Tango?**

Tango makes it quick and easy to explain processes with my peers without needing to hop on a call or write a novel through an email. It's great for repeated questions and workflows that benefit from documentation for the long term.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

I wish the final Tango was editable to some degree to make it a little more branded or simplified...but maybe that's a premium feature I'm not aware of!

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me explain the software we use with my peers in an easily digestible way. I find the visual examples with screenshots to be increidbly valuable.

 ### 50. Natural Workflow, Instant Step-by-Step Documentation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Tango?**

What I like most is how natural it feels. You just do your work and Tango quietly turns that into clean, step by step documentation. No context switching, no I will document this later guilt.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

Not as major but more advanced customization options would be great, but honestly, the simplicity is also part of its strength.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly use Tango to create step-by-step work instructions by simply doing the task once. It’s become our default way to document internal processes.
Also used for, Screen and Video Capture ,to quickly explain workflows without setting up separate recordings
