I had a very disappointing experience with Synup. After using their services for the first quarter of 2024, I realized they weren't necessary for my business needs and canceled my subscription via email in April with Rakesh.

To my surprise, I received a charge of $800 in August, four months after canceling my subscription. When I contacted Synup to request a refund, they refused, claiming that I was still under contract. This was incredibly frustrating, especially considering that I had explicitly canceled my subscription.

Given that Synup is based in India, it seems they are aware that pursuing legal action would be difficult. I would strongly advise against using their services. I recommend exploring more reputable alternatives like Semrush Local. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
