What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

I really like the real-time schedule posting feature in Sprinklr Social. The agencies based in Africa can post, and I instantly get an alert on my phone to approve or not, which is super convenient. It's nice having the capability for real-time approval, scheduling, and everything to ensure posts meet the digital audience on time, especially for managing our markets in Africa. What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

What can be improved is that sometimes the KPIs on the reporting dashboard differ from those on Meta. Agencies often complain about differences in engagement rates between Meta and Sprinklr Social, even though the KPI tile is customized and can be similar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable Yet Clunky Reporting"
What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

I find Sprinklr Social to be very customizable, which covers a lot of ground for my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

The reporting is so disjointed - you can only get organic for one spot, paid from another, etc. Unified helps but it still gets clunky and the different parts of the tool don't always work together. Have one spot in Sprinklr where all reporting is done, one spot to make custom metrics, etc. This way you are not bouncing around to different spots to get a full picture on how a campaign performed both from a sentiment standpoint but also a paid/organic content performance standpoint. Also make Copilot more helpful. It can never really do what I need and so I gave up on it. The initial setup is very clunky - it isn't super user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing I like about Sprinklr Social is the number of metrics that you can gain in the dashboard and as well as creating different dashboards to pull these metrics. From creating a visual listening dashboard to track brand sentiment or tracking customer sentiment was very useful for me to learn about basics of social metrics. What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

The upsides after using Sprinklr Social as a full-cycle campaign hub is they make it simpel to not just posting social media post but also to vet influencers through the new TikTok creators API and to manage our paid social media ads. I also use the deep research mode to create professional, data-heavy reports that include web-sourced information and citations, which help me explain our social media performance to my manager. The TikTok creator discovery tools let me to see exactly how much an influencers costs and their real engagement rates ( like total likes and video saves). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

Not many to dislike, only some issue with the speed to run the deep research, which is quite slow to produce a result and take almost 20 minutes to generate a detailed report, need to be patient to run the tool. I also have issue with the data migration during the recent move to the new X (formerly Twitter), about 10% of our older data took a few extra days to sync correctly, which made our monthly reports look a bit off for a moment. The only thing I do not like is that the dashboard may be overwhelming due to the variety of features and options. Filtering and sorting reviews is at times more steps than anticipated. What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

One-time setup; load everything in, then set it and forget it. Everything posts to your platforms. I have a few client accounts that I manage prior to using Sprinklr Social, I used to log into each individual platform one-by-one. Complete and utter waste of time. That is why I love that Sprinklr Social brings it all together in one single dashboard. Can drag/drop posts to rearrange them. See what’s coming. What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

Approval/review process does not work well for my clients. They won’t use an additional login tool to review a post. And neither will I be able to charge my clients for something they’re not going to use. A simple way to get approvals via e-mail would resolve this issue. Also, I’m going to say that Sprinklr Social isn’t exactly “sign-up-and-go” either - there is a learning curve and some of the options seem hidden away. I am sitting on the couch, laptop fans blowing air onto me, looking for just one toggle switch… not good. Price point is also something that smaller groups will not want to pay. It’s easy to publish content across multiple social media platforms. It’s also really helpful for analyzing post performance data and shaping strategies based on those insights. After implementation I started to use the tool daily for my work. It is quite easy to use more and more features once you get a hang on it and know what exactly you need and expect from the Sprinklr. What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

Sometimes I run into arbitrary issues with assets when I’m trying to publish, especially videos. Otherwise, when it comes to analytics, it can be difficult at times to access certain data because of API limitations, which prevents me from getting all the necessary information. As a result, I have to rely on workarounds for some metrics, and those are only approximate compared to the real data shown on the platform. Really impressive with the new advocacy email tracking to see how my colleagues engage with brand content when they receive it via our internal newsletters. I also use it to manage a high-volume Twitter presence, taking advantage of the new migration that pulls in full lenght posts without truncation, it has giving us a full visibility into a very long-form tweet. On the engagement dashboard, I always end up with too many columns because you can’t include multiple networks in a single column, so I have to create several separate ones.
