What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

Sprinklr Social is really easy to use, with a simple design that makes my brand's social media management easy. The detailed analytics and insights help us make informed decisions. Easily customize able platform to fit our exact needs. Their support team is great – they're quick to respond and really knowledgeable, so any questions or problems get sorted out fast. What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

Not a direct issue with Sprinklr, but rather due to API limitations imposed by respective platforms (such as Meta), which result in reporting constraints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sprinklr Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

1) Content Publishing and Scheduling: Helps my community manager to easily publish and schedule content across platforms with ease. Smart Scheduling is another good feature that picks up the best time to publish based on the time of the day with the highest traffic time. Saves time and efforts for the team in identifying the best time to publish the content.

2) Reporting: Centralised and structured reporting. With various data source, it becomes easy for the Analyst to get data insights. The data visualization is very user friendly on Sprinklr, letting the data analysts to play around to get the data in their desired format. The externally shareable dashboard link is a huge saviour as it can be shared with the stakeholders and the data gets updated in real time.

3) Community management: Engagement dashboards helps in fetching all inbound messages in one dashboard, making it easier for the community manager to monitor the brand mentions in one place.

4) Knowledge Portal: KB Articles are perfect for anyone using Sprinklr for the first time, easy to follow steps that make getting started simple and guided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think there are many features to be explored, some of them are easy to use. I have the feeling that there are many functionalities and possibilities inside the tool. It's a good tool to use ocasionaly or on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

It's very helpful to schedule posts and to do community management. It only takes a few minutes to schedule it, so easy to implement. If you have any issue with it, you can also reach out to customer support and they will help you right away.

I always use it at work, so basically every single day.

It has many different features, everything you need, it's there!

What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

Sprinklr is good for providing insights for most social media platforms, including newer platforms. The best feature is providing KPI data including reach, impressions, engagement and video views which can be combined and sorted by any date/range which we use on a daily basis. It also allows you to schedule and manage social media posts in advance which is very helpful as the system automatically publishes for you, which makes my job easy. The representatives are approachable via email and are always willing to schedule monthly check-ins to go over the creation of reports and new tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

There are some tools for social media scheduling that need to be updated. For example, when scheduling reels, you aren't able to crop cover images for the grid as Instagram allows. Also, I'm currently unable to update cover photos for YouTube. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

In general terms, it is a really easy and intuitive platform and gather the best features of all marketing tools in the market. I use it daily and for thousands of different functions, it greatly streamlines my work and gives me legitimacy when reporting results to my superiors.

The onboarding was easy and simple, the customer support is excellent!

I like the ability to publish content simultaneously on different platforms, or to later decide where else to distribute it with the clone button. Also, the custom dashboards to create tailored reports for different deliverables, and the wide range of rules to measure different KPIs, both quantitative and qualitative (for example, the sentiment of a post).

I'd highlight the social listening, to be able to join the conversations of the moment, and even more to be able to control possible reputational alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

Sometimes the editorial calendar, where you schedule and publish content, has bugs related to photo/video formats, and you spend more time adjusting the images. Other times, it took a while for the platform to sync with the latest updates or features of Instagram or X, as was the case with tweet cards or the ability to edit covers in Instagram reels.

It helps us streamline the content production and publishing process across multiple channels. Sprinklr allows me to caary out Community Managment for social channels for the company I work for. It brings all the comments from all social channels into once place.
