Thanks to its various tools (listening, service, campaigns, etc) and integration into Salesforce, I can control everything regarding my social media accounts. Spirnklr simply provides 360 degrees coverage and I am very happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it can be complex due to all of its functions and features. I am always in a constant state of learning due to this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wide range of tools to ensure listening, publishing and engagement are all handled easily. They roll out new tools frequently and with our advanced support, it is explained and taught to the team. They seem to be on the forefront of platform integrations, which is extremely improtant to our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For our business, price is a decision making factor. Ultimately, the service provided and the business outcomes outweigh the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unified publishing and reporting capabilities that help us to post and monitor across multiple social channels from a single dashboard.
The advocacy module has also helped in getting more engagement across our brand's social content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There have been issues from time to time concerning the platform capabilities that the support team takes a lot of time to fix. This disturbs our daily operations at times and we have to redirect our stakeholders to engage natively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is a bit convoluted.
It's hard to navigate at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Sprinklr is being able to see all the posts from my social media accounts, even when they have been deleted. Thanks to its metrics, I can see where we are falling short month by month. However, it also allows us to see what is working and replicate it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like the least is that it doesn't allow tagging multiple posts at once; this would help us a lot with IG Stories. It would also be cool if it allowed more editing for those same IG Stories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reporting capabilities are useful and customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sprinklr social is an extremely bulky platform for a moderator. The screen is way too busy showing 90% of information that is not helpful. This might be a little better if you are handling customer service cases but if you are handling thousands of items across multiple platforms, you'll have about 10% of the screen that you actually need to see at about a 12 point font and tiny icons denoting the platform. It takes way too long to handle items and if you are dealing with thousands in a day i.e. a larger corporation or business, it's time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Sprinklr Social is its exceptional ability to be customized to meet our brand's unique needs. The platform allows us to tailor social listening, engagement, and analytics specifically for our goals, ensuring we get the most relevant insights and effective management tools. This customization helps us maintain a consistent brand voice and respond to our audience more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform can be overwhelming initially due to its extensive features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to collect insights from different social media platforms simultaneously, as well as to have a summary of the most mentioned topics through 'Smart Insights'. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Usually when I need to create a theme or topic, I have to request a 'backfill' to collect information from a previous date. Sometimes it ends up with an error when I make this request, and I don't know why it happened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How easy it is to use. When I was trained on how to use it, it did not take long. I like how everything you need is there and it is not confusing. Another thing, is I like how it never has issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have had many issues in the past months with the system, unfortunately. Messages are disappearing, the status randomly changes on its own. Another main issue, cases are appearing out of nowhere in our queue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The people who were laid off by Sprinklr in order to make their shareholders happy, but they're gone now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Literally.... everything.
Sprinklr is an beta product masquerading as a "complete" SaaS tool for social media management. The support is nearly nonexistent, bugs and glitches either take months to fix or don't get fixed at all, and oftentimes it will fail catastrophically during critical moments when managing or executing social campaigns.
The "support" is outsourced and genuinely do not know anything about the product they're supposed to support, likely because all the developers who have worked to put together the platform and know it inside and out have left the company or been laid off.
The knowledgebase/documentation is grossly out of date and often lead to "page not found" errors, so even if you want to self-serve, Sprinklr goes out of their way to make it difficult.
The UI is confusing (and as already mentioned before poorly documented), with a poorly thought out design that often leads to excessive bloat of the backend (which in turn leads to deteriorated performance).
Compounding things is that Sprinklr essentially has a monopoly over this particular industry, so they can afford to act with hubris and treat clients with disdain (think Meta in terms of support), all the while charging a premium for their "services."
I can't see them ever improving until there is real competition in the space that threatens their marketshare. Once you buy in, it is very difficult to get out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
