What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

I like that Sprinklr offers tools for each part of the social media process, from editorial calendar planning and copywriting to scheduling and community management. I also like that you can favorite tabs, making it easy to return to the resources I use most. The platform will remember the tabs I had open last and keeps my filters in place, which makes it even easier. I didn't enjoy Sprinklr at first and felt it was tricky to catch onto in the beginning but now I can say it's been a great tool! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

There are a few things I dislike about Sprinklr. First, posts can get stuck in the workflow every once in a while. Due to the response time from support, it's easier to utilize the collaborate function on posts to communicate written approval. Another thing is that my tagging will not always stay when I am adding new messages to the editorial calendar. I will have to go back and manually tag approved posts. Sprinklr is solving the issue of having pieces of the workflow across different platforms. Sprinklr serves as the one-stop shop for every part of the process, from calendar planning to reporting. What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

i like how good the software is designed. it's extremely easy to use and move in between sections. sometimes it is difficult to implement documentation but it works. i feel like our customer support improves with sprinklr. it's frequently used by me in the office, usually 5 times a week. the number of features is enough for me, as i mentioned prior, i don't have any experience with social. What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

i'm coming back here after a few months of daily use of sprinklr to add one feedback! i'd like to have the option to expand the notifications tab and make it an email inbox. What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

The universal platform allows the management of all the social media channels at once and aggregates data from multiple sources: social media, media, and websites.

The number of features is great, as Sprinklr collaborates closely with social media platforms and promptly applies anything new that appears in the network's APIs.

What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

It is easy to schedule posts for multiple platforms. I also like that you can split the engagement dashboards into as many collums as you want - great to organise messages. I also like that there is an app so I can use it everywhere, as I need to use it daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

I do not like that I cannot mark multiple comments as spam at the same time. If someone has a fake account and spams a lot of comments I have to mark them as spam one by one. That is annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

The best thing about Sprinklr is its UI, and it is really easy to create quick dashboards and analyze the performance. We were able to create monitoring and social listening dashboards, and the default templates were quite helpful in the analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

It has too many bugs, and you cannot schedule posts on platforms other than Meta because it gives an error. The interests are not updated, the platform lags every minute, and you cannot switch tabs without everything refreshing and having to start over. The platform is very poorly optimized, making it far from intuitive compared to the native social media platforms, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sprinklr Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Poor optimization, lacking functions that the native platforms have. It refreshes from scratch every time you switch screens. You can only schedule on Meta without issues; on other platforms (Reddit, TikTok, Snapchat), it is almost impossible. It does not reflect real-time data, or if it does, it has errors in consumption, impressions, etc. It doesn’t benefit me at all, except for having all social media platforms in one place. What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

I like the UI, the column based moderation/engagement option, the ability to quickly assign sentiments, assign the comment to someone, profile and comment tagging, the ease to pull assets from the asset library and the ability to see past conversation/conversation thread. The search feature within Sprinklr. It does not produce accurate results and sometimes finding out past conversations becomes a challenge. Even if I put the sender name correct, the comment/conversation does not come up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
