It does have most tools necessary for managing organic and paid social and is very custom per the needs of your company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

It is not intuitive and is hard to use/navigate. You'll need product support and your reps to set anything up, make any edits/changes just to ensure it is done correctly. It's also very expensive. If you don't have a lot of need for a super custom built management tool, you'd be better off with another tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sprinklr Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

The features I use most are journey facilitator, rules engine, audience profiles, asset manager, and reporting dashboards. I have been using Sprinklr almost daily for 3 months, and am comfortable with basic/out of the box features, but more complicated use cases often require support. All the modules are integrated. You can take data seamlessly from one module and use it to create an automated report in another section. The uptime is excellent and support if you need it is always there and responds fast 24/7. - It's outdated compared to native platforms; sometimes the same features or interests aren't available.
