While Sprinklr’s range of features is undoubtedly impressive, it comes with a learning curve. The interface feels overwhelming at first and navigating between the various modules and configuring settings took time to me.

What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

Managing multiple accounts and channels that have via Sprinklr is very quick and easy and the platforms offers a wide range of functionalities beyond what I've seen on similar systems. Integration is easy and it's straightforward for new users to get integrated on the platform, publishing content and reviewing reporting metrics.

The workflow options have been superb for ensuring a level of quality and consistency. This has allowed us to open up content creation to our wider teams, emnabling higher quantities and qualitites of outputs, more instanteniously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

Having used Sprinklr most days since 2022, we've found that the platform becomes more intuative. However, while the basics are very easy to use, adjusting the backend administration settings can be quite complicated.

There are several API limitations, particularly with LinkedIn. Of course, this would be present for any similar system but it adds limitations and complexities.

Since the restructure at Sprinklr the level of support has been stripped back, making this more challenging. That said, the Customer Support team have become much stronger in the past few months and we're falling into new ways of working. We really appreciate the team's hard work. What problems is Sprinklr Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

The three key reasons why we use Sprinklr Social are for:

1. the workflow management to allow non-digital marketing specialists in our organisation to post which mainting quality and consistency.

2. the ability to manage everything on platform, improving cybersecurity over multiple users having direct native access.

I love the fact that i do not need to leave the sprinklr platform in order for me to make reports, upload photos, post to multiple platforms, and manage all my keywords, competitor research, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There really isn't anything that i dislike about the platform. its very easy to use and straight forward with a very friendly UI and after watching the Sprinklr University videos, everything seems very straight forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sprinklr is solving our problem of being able to post simultaneously across multiple channels and accounts, managing our customer support requests by merging our various inboxes into one, being able to effectively monitor our competitors and generating accurate and concise reports. What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

Support and Renewals team scheduled a meeting and rudely no-showed, to then say they fulfilled the legal requirement to notify us about the auto renewal so could then enforce it with no negitiations. They then claimed that they did not increase the price so they didn't technially have to notify us, yet still increased the price significantly. They just talked in circles and were exteremly rude. I highly reccomend chosing ANY other company for the simple features they offer. Not worth the hassle of dealing with thier RUDE team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

Beyond the intrcate social analytics given for all platforms hooked up to Sprinklr, the number one thing that sold us was the ability to see how Bryant compares to its competitors. Sprinklr offers a unique tool where even if a competitor is not on Sprinklr, but simply providing the links to their social media channels, Sprinklr will manually put them into the platform for you. This has been extremely helpful to see where Bryant is doing the best, is neutral, and can use some improvement. Implementing this into our strategy has been very successful. We are constantly utilizing this feature. Lastly, when we have a concern or question, Sprinklr is easy to get a hold of and answers any question in detail. Sometimes there are miscommunications between the platforms and Sprinklr which can cause some content to not post. I wish the publishing calendar also allowed you to put notes like, "post XYZ on this day". Currently you can only place drafts or finalized content on the calendar. What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

I like how easy it is to collaborate: by tagging other users, having an approval line and that all posts are visible to admins, including Drafts. The editorial calendar's layout and feedback when an action is done are very user-friendly. I also like the email notification feature, when it acts on a scheduled post. I like the attention in having visibility of them across modules, too - like with the right naming and tagging conventions, posts are then passed into Analytics reports and all other functions in sprinklr can use them. What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

We like the basic workings of the module Spinklr Social, however it has a few small drawbacks. On the whole it works rather well - maybe even the best part of Sprinklr. The timezones and selecting time feature for scheduling posts are a little confusing and we have made mistakes with publishing times in the past. It would be made batter if with AI it would pick-up key words from the text and tag our Outbound posts automatically, instead of us having to rely the users for that, because they very very often don't tag - which then ruins analytics.

Sptinklr Customer Support doens't respond accurately often to our ad-hoc issues. It will still take a day or two but they would often respond to something without in-depth understanding, not addressing what is really the problem we find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is complex, and the learning curve can be steep so extensive training may need to take place for many users. Also, the high price tag on Sprinklr can make it out of reach for most small to medium businesses and more suited towards enterprise-scale clients with big budgets.
