What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

All these things are useful for Sprinklr social as they help engage the customers very well the time from the customers posting and uploading the response is too fast. Loved the software. the implementation is too good. Ease to use. The frequency of usage of the app is 9 hours a day 6 days a week and feels very good and easy. What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

Sprinklr is very easy to learn how to use for the first time, and allows for great customisations and fast updates based on feedback from users. Sprinklr is very convenient and is great for providing quick and easy customer service as a team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

Sprinklr seems to fairly frequently break its own rules when assigning chats, which can lead to confusion and make it hard to process a workload, and can also have negative effects on wait times for customers. Some of the interface elements can also be cluttered or not provide enough space - such as the notes function making previous agent notes disappear due to too many system notes taking up the space. What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

I really enjoy how easy it is to create a social media analytics report that is presentable to peers. The scheduling tool is also easy to use both on the desktop and mobile platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

I have had issues with scheduled exports failing to send even though everything is set up correctly. I've reached out to the support team and have yet to receive any explanation.

I also wish you could schedule multiple social media posts but have their respective omniture tags. Currently when you schedule multiple posts at a time, it only allows you to select one omniture tag for all platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
