I like that it can transcribe which is very helpful when you are on a call. Sometimes people talk very fast and it allows me the chance to look before asking them to repeat themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some features are not usable. If I am trying to review past calls the dashboard does not load. Also a lot of the metrics are not important for my team to use as agents so it can get in the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is easy to navigate, easy to set up, and filled with useful information. Not only is the social listening the best of the best, but the customer support portion of the platform is top tier. We use it everyday between social media management, customer service, and social listening. The customer support is fantastic. We have dedicated members from Sprinklr who meet with us bi-weekly to address any issues or even to teach use new features the platform has to offer. If we do have an issue, it is resolved quickly. The only issue I have is when as a smaller company, using the out-of-box solution does not allow us to drill down geographically (this is only in the enterprise package). We own/operate 100+ individual brands - each with their own social identity. Sprinklr allows us to manage all those brands in one tool and to pull analytics/publish content in the aggregate, individual or group levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sprinklr is so robust that solutions to do certain tasks can seem daunting or overwhelming. Sometimes, especially when training new users, it is best to show only one way to do a task instead of the multiple ways one can accomplish one thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
