I like that we're able to view multiple columns including the outbox and the number of cases we have waiting to be assigned Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm not a fan of the navigation, reviewing your outbox can be a bit of a challenge as it's not in order as you sent responses Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is without a doubt the most comprehensive social tool, it covers any aspects that could be useful for you a social media team. It is highly customizable and the support team is very helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

I think the biggest issue will be that it is not so easy to set up. The fact that it is so customizable also makes it very complex to use and you often have to involve support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
