What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

The platform's publishing capabilities were truly great, and an enormous resource when it came to scheduling, tagging, and sorting content. Our community managers were able to identify influencers, flag spammers, and schedule content reliably across multiple platforms.

Customer service was always prompt and responsive, and willing to meet with our team to discuss questions and feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

Sprinklr's data inconsistencies, relative to native platform analytics, were confusing and dangerous to report on. Luckily on our team, we have extremely savvy content managers who were able to identify when something was off with the numbers, which it always was.

It seemed as though the product was in beta testing when we initially started using the tool--extremely clumsy UI, and inaccurate data that was wrong more than it was ever right. We received constant apologies, and customer support repeatedly told my team that they were "greatly improving the tool." At such a high cost, we should not have been subjected to an extraordinarily faulty tool, and then made to listen to customer representatives bombastically extolling product virtues and improvements. We wanted a tool that would holistically encompass both publishing and reliable data collection from the moment we began our relationship, and did not receive that with Sprinklr.

Even to very tech-savvy members of our team, we had immense difficulty gaining fluency with the tool--not an intuitive layout whatsoever.

No efficiencies with Pinterest/Google+/Instagram/Tumblr data collection--had to use native platform analytics and/or other tools to gather this data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Continue to upgrade your platform. Empower your internal team to help agencies and brands. This is for sure my favorite part about Sprinklr. Their team was always willing to help and they always had an answer to my question. It was because of them that I learned more about the software and it's many capabilities. I have many friends who used Sprinklr's software and loved it so much, that they are now working for your company! Keep it up. Make sure to stay on top of latest trends and figuring our better ways to organize tweets that are coming in too fast. Try to work with snapchat trying to figure out how to use/integrate their software with yours. That would give you a huge leg up ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

Monitoring dashboards and reporting features are highly customizable, easy to set-up and easy to understand. Our account manager was very responsible and very understanding of my team's business needs with quick turn around time for feature/change requests.

It's an incredibly complex platform to use, and not particularly user-friendly. I had to both take an online tutorial and have an in-person meeting with a Sprinklr employee to figure out how to navigate the system properly.
