What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?
Monitoring dashboards and reporting features are highly customizable, easy to set-up and easy to understand. Our account manager was very responsible and very understanding of my team's business needs with quick turn around time for feature/change requests.

Half the site still runs on V2 and the other half runs on V3. The UI is different in both versions and the constant switching per page can be a bit of an annoyance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how it's incredibly customizable to fit my agency's and client's demands. There are so many ways to monitor and track social data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's an incredibly complex platform to use, and not particularly user-friendly. I had to both take an online tutorial and have an in-person meeting with a Sprinklr employee to figure out how to navigate the system properly.
