The analytics capabilities are awesome, the collaboration abilities are amazing. This tool has tons of potential - if you know what you want and know how to build it, the opportunity is endless especially since it's a tool that we use all day, every day by several teams throughout the company. What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

The learning curve is steep and you have to really take the time to learn the intricacies of the platform. When onboarding multiple teams into the platform, it helps to have your ways of working defined well before you get into the tool, because there's a lot of wayfinding that end users will need to do once they get into the actual interface if they're not super savvy tech users.

What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

I like being able to schedule content for all of the platforms I manage. I also enjoy being able to adjust the copy depending on the platform so I can speak to my audience. What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

I don't like that it's supposed to be integrated with Threads but it doesn't work. I don't like that we don't have a dedicated person to support us. Customer support takes a long time to get back. Sprinklr Social helps me schedule content across platforms and optimize their post times. Sprinklr is very easy to pick up and manage whether you have experience with a social platform or this is your first time. My favorite part of working with them is my customer success manager, Siddharth. He is always so helpful, quick to reply, and provides great insights into how other top brands are using the platform. What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

The interface is great! The tool is user friendly and easily to train users on. I have been using Sprinklr for years now and the weay you can set up queues to meet your needs- for example by priority. Do you social ads comments you want to hit first? Set up a queue to pull in negative comments first? They have you covered! Their team is also so incredibly helpful and ready to optimize and assist you anyway they can! It is an expensive tool and that becomes difficult when your MarComm budget is small. The tool is robust and you pay for what you get, but when you want to add on other components on to your tool and have already maxed your budget it's hard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Letting us get to our guests issues quicker! We can also look back on conversations and see if a guest is having a reoccuring issue. It's also solving our need for robust reporting! The number of social channels supported to publish and engage is the best in the industry.

The ease of connecting various social accounts to Sprinklr and setting up workflows is a breeze.

Sprinklr offers a wide range of integrations with third-party software; it takes an expert to have these working.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

At times, it may get complex due to the various functionalities this tool offers, and since the Sprinklr U courses are not updated regularly with new UI, it makes it harder for beginners.

We are also able to engage with our customers via social more effectively thanks to Sprinklr. We can assign questions to the appropriate teams and workflows without even leaving the platform.
