I can deep dive and slice huge amounts of data in under 5 minutes. I can deep dive by over 50 criteria. Language, country, region, sentiment, emotion, hashtags, phrases, channels, action words, writing style etc etc. This makes my role as a social media manager much easier to do. I can very quickly get to the data I need and download or export or schedule to people within my company or from our project partners. Some aspects are not possible due to the APIs of the networks e.g. LinkedIn. This means no one can view Sprinklr as the only activity you ever need to do.
