This module is straightforward to use, and we familiarize ourselves with that tool very quickly. The tool allows us to search for any specific topic, get valuable data and also allow us to stay up to date on any subject we are working on and interpreting. We can easily find and identify trends so we stay one step ahead of the competition. It is possible to keep an eye on our competitors by including keywords related to their brand or one of their products or solution. By setting up keyword lists and creating topics, we can directly access the mentions and the metrics in our personalized dashboard. The dashboard itself is fantastic since we can add widgets and personalize them the way we want. For example, we can add a widget to showcase the total number of mentions, the number of comments by country, the number of keywords or hashtags from a specific area, or pull in data in a particular language. We have the social listening module, but we also have tools for benchmarking. These tools allow us to track our competitors and get insights on where we stand compared to them regarding the number of mentions, likes, shares, and any other engagement metrics.
