The SpeakUp system with InTouch is a great tool and we are very satisfied customers. However, the best thing is the outstanding and personalised customer service. No question is too silly, no concern is too small. Reactivity and friendly advise, with acknowledgement of a continual process improvement. There are a couple of points about the online tool that don't fundamentally make sense to a new user (ID number vs Case Number, or the logistics for translations etc.). Once sorted out or explained this is fine, but the 'amateur' user first-time experience does not seem to be the key consideration Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The process was straight forward, it was easy to obtain a quote and the paperwork was also easy to complete. The process mapping and system design was completed by the SpeakUp team, which helped take the pressure of our team to do this. Implementing the system was also straight forward. SpeakUp is easy and intuitive to navigate for both individuals reporting potential violations and persons involved in handling such reports. The platform also offers the important benefits of anonymity and confidentiality, providing a safe space for individuals to report violations. Additionally, the ability to translate correspondence into multiple languages is incredibly useful for businesses operating in international markets. The platform also allows for the attachment of files, which can be helpful in providing evidence of a violation. The Support Center offers detailed explanations of how the platform works, an FAQ section, and efficient assistance from staff members if needed. Reminder notices for not yet closed applications are also very helpful. The platform also provides useful statistics that summarize the number of reports received during specific periods. I like that the platform is quite straighforward and its user interfance is quite nice too. I also like that the platform can be easily tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
Also, I find the custoemr support to be quite good, as all of my questions have usually been answered in less than a couple of hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far none. The only issue that I found frustrating is that - at times (although rarely) - my reply to the reporter is not properly registered. So I need to open the report once again and include my reply once again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I work as an interim freelancer (marketing/communication) and my temporary position often creates situations where I don't feel secure enough about my position in a company to voice my concerns. SpeakUp was easy to use and made me feel safe to write down issues I noticed within a team or project management.
