What do you like best about Solitics?

Solitics enables marketing professionals to create multi-channel, personalized customer journeys based on all customer data in real-time (less than 2 seconds). The possibility of using all customer data, both historical and live, enables the creation of elaborate, trigger-driven sophisticated customer touchpoints. What do you like best about Solitics?

The ability to have all your data segmented and ready to be used in one intuitive UI. The integration process is very simple and by 30-45 days you can have access to the system. In addition, you can run complexed journeys for different languages.

Besides the data management capabilities, one of the most important capabilities of solitics’ is the ability to react contextually based on the player’s actions and in real time, unlike other companies that say "Real time" but mean up to 2-3 minutes. solitics does in a few seconds. We use Solitics automation platform to plan and execute my campaigns and promotions, as part of our long-term marketing strategy, we are reacting to our customers based on their behavior and actions via multiple channels such as : WhatsApp, SMS, Email and in-site pop- ups, we saw an incredible uplifts in almost all metrics since we started to use solitics. What do you like best about Solitics?

The ability to segment the data properly while getting an easy integration abilities. Complexed journeys for different languages and the ability to drill down reports. Must mention the pop up function that operates by trigger of the user - converts amazing to leads and deposits.

Reacting LIVE in real time is the best feature no one is offering now in the industry. While my customers in the platform, I can react to them live and offer them promotions and keep them purchasing in the platform and track their behavior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Solitics?

The look of the system is a little bit outdated, but I don't judge the book by it cover. The UI is complexed for the small gaming companies. It must have a person dedicated on it or a small team to operate it as "SOLITICS team leads". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Solitics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Planing future campaigns and planning long-term strategy. We've created several emails for different segments such as leads, depositors, VIPs, and we've created several flows to get the ability to know our customers better.

We also generated a massive data breakdown and we know the behavior of our purchasers better so we could interact with them better and offer them better bonuses.

What do you like best about Solitics?

I'm working with Solitics for the last few years, and it changes our ability to react to the customer in real-time. as a Trading company, the ability to react in real-time is vital for us. with Solitics we finally enhanced our conversion and retention efforts. we were able to see substantial revenue uplifts.

1. The main problem which we had before solitics is the real-time response, we found that a lot of Marketing automation tools claim that they are real-time, but once you drill down you understand its not real-time (usually about 2 hours of sync)

Trading is a very dynamic environment and we must respond in real-time to customers' actions.

What do you like best about Solitics?

The Solitics platform is extremely user-friendly and made a real difference to our automation and data management processes. As we are an agency for a trading company we must react based on our traders' behavior and in absolute real time.
