As a marketing automation platform, Solitics provides enough options for non-technical users to hit the ground running and start "touching" their clients through multiple channels as soon as the platform is handed off. They also provide the tools and the flexibility for more technical users to perform much more complex and complicated operations. But the most important aspect is the support - there's always someone available to help you, and the people who you are in touch with are knowledgable and eager to help. Solitics allows me to create personalized and automated customer journeys based on real-time data. The reverse integration helps more departments align, for example, marketing and sales. I dislike the time policy limitation at the customer journey level. This limitation forces me to create multiple journeys with the same characteristics to target different geographical regions with different timezones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
one platform for all marketing channel: email, sms, push, popups.... advanced report and CRM modul in which I can check specific customer communication, ability to add new events easliy.
They have great support and help fix issues quickly and make sure you make the most of the system.

I must admit that I dont have something which I have problem with,
