We use Webex in our organization to communicate with our peers. It helps us organize and create tasks and be able to connect with one another at ease. The app has a great easy interface and allows you to have a flow of communication within your company . You can share files, messages and even search back in history of the chat by using keywords. I notice Webex can help you communicate better within your team at work and allows you to be more transparent. There wasn't much downside of using Webex , the only thing is if you're using Webex and want to have the communication on other devices you must install the app on each device as this is not cloud based. I'm grateful for a dedicated support team to guide me through the mobile app/webapp milestones. Having used similar products in the past, I would say the number one feature that stands out with Webex is how responsive their team is to questions. I wish there was an easier way to see all your attendees. I would like to see more ways to sort all the information. I also would love if you could left click on an attendee name and open it in a new tab. The integration with CRM and marketing automation systems have a lot of unnecessary steps which makes it difficult.

There are some limitations in its frequency of use such as audio or video issues, poor connection or platform glitches disrupt the flow of the webinar. Customers who are non tech-savvy have difficulty navigating the platform.

It is very useful for hosting events and webinars. Quality of video and sound is very good, which makes the experience smooth. It is also simple to invite people, share slides, and show things on the screen. Even if many people join, the performance stays good, and it doesn’t lag. There should be improvement in the technical glicthes that occur from time to time , like problems with audio or video that my hinder a meeting. For me, Webex Webinar is one of the best platforms for collaboration and communication. There are some times when the users may face techincal issues such as problems with audio and video quality and this problem is often magnified whenever there are large meetings or where certain people have poor internet connectivity. what's more, although the platform has many functions, I have noticed that it would be better if there were more options for making changes in the application as the meeting set up would be more creative. I have used Webex for the first time to host our webinar on AI in car rental. I must say that my overall experience has been very user-friendly and I would recommend it to anyone, especially anyone looking to host a webinar. User-friendliness and overall layout of the app - easy to navigate. It is also relatively simple to build the app from the backend - you do not need a lot of tech experience to do so. I would like some flexibility around the design in order to modernise it a little. Limitations with the banner specifications / styling (you can update the imagery and add in a logo but it just isn't quite right) as well as app background give the overall look of the app a dated feel.
