What do you like best about SOCi?

SOCi saves a bunch of time with their social media management tools. I'm able to post to all our property social media profiles from one screen, and get great insights from their Social Genius tool. Same with the Search Genius and its recommendations to improve our Google Business Profile's searchability and rankings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

The tool can be a little overwheling at first, but with some experience and tips from the SOCi teams, it can be one of your most valuable assets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOCi?

I like the overall calander where I can see what I have scheduled/posted on different social medias on different dates. I like the format and that it is user friendly. I also like that it keeps track of stats on your social medias. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

Does not size photos for you if there are multiple. It will border photos of different size with black border which looks tacky and unprofessional. Only does basic posting. Does not allow to edit anything on post besides caption. (No location,music, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOCi?

What do you like best about SOCi?

SOCi has an intuitive interface and great functionality for managing multi-location social media accounts. The ability to schedule posts, monitor performance, and respond to reviews in one centralized platform saves a ton of time. The ability to localize content while maintaining brand consistency is invaluable, especially for agencies managing multiple accounts. What do you like best about SOCi?

The most helpful thing about SOCI for me is how user friendly it is. I have had to ask our marketing team to help once but after we got it up and going it has been so easy to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOCi?

SOCI has been amazing! It was easy to integrate all our social media accounts onto the platform. We used to have to go to each individual platform to make posts. Now we are able to make one post and push it out to all our platforms. We also have the ability to schedule posts ahead of time, and plan out our month in advance. It's wonderful for time management. We are able to do everything from SOCi so we never have to leave the platform. We can reply to messages, inteact with our customers, and respond to reviews. It's been so easy to use, and implement in our buisness. Customer support is always avaible whenever we need it. We only use SOCi now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

We just wish they had all the same options for all the accounts. It would be nice to have the same features across the board, but we understand not all social media platforms are the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOCi?

Being able to connect with my team in a hub environment to collaborate and plan content in a variety of social networks makes my life so much easier. Utilizing the calendar function to see day to day posts and upcoming campaigns

Soci's support team is fabulous and so helpful when we have a question or concern about our plans and campaigns.

What do you like best about SOCi?

What I like about Soci is that you can post on all your platforms. I personally do not have social media accounts so I can't post through them myself, but I have an account on Soci so I am still able to manage them. Soci also has a checklist to remind you of things you need to get done. I can get notifications right to my phone for a review or comment that needs addressing. It was very easy to link my accounts. You can also create posts days or weeks ahead of time, and even create events or contents, and Soci will randomly select a winner for you. I have not had the need to use customer support, because the site has been easy to manage myself so far. By the way there is an app which works great and is easy to post photos that way. We use Soci every week to post, and ass needed to respond to reviews. Thanks Soci AND Soci Go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

One thing I don't like about Soci is that you can't see who is liking/sharing your posts and comments. You have to go to the platform directly to see that but it makes sense for privacy reasons probably. I know there are more ways I could be utilizing Soci, I just have looked at them too much. What do you like best about SOCi?

The best thing about SOCi is being able to do with one software what I used to do with three different software. I use it for social media scheduling, reputation management, and insights. We use it to automate posts for our 50+ franchises via the community calendar feature. It's great because franchises can opt-in if they would like the additional content, or opt-out and continue publishing their own organic content either way. SOCi's team is great with customer support and they are always willing to help us problem solve, whether it is walking us through existing features or creating entirely new reports for us! What do you dislike about SOCi?

The only thing I dislike is that the "peak time" feature from social media scheduling seems to always automatically go to 6:00 pm. I don't know how this feature works or why it always chooses this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm solving the problem of wasting time and money using different softwares to do all the things that soci can do in one software. It is providing an opportunity for our newer franchises to still be able to share out content and social posts even if they don't have a dedicated marketer yet. What do you like best about SOCi?

SOCi has been such an easy program to use. This is the first scheduling program I have used since graduating college and it is way easier to navigate than other scheduling programs.
