What do you like best about SOCi?

I enjoy the ability to post to over 4 different social media sites to help drive business. They regualry publish material and content that you can use that is brand specific. Customer support is great if you have questions comments or need help navigating their platform. The ease of use they by scheduling mulitple social media post and content helps set the entire week. Very easy to intergrate and link to your current social medica accounts through the click of a button Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

What do you like best about SOCi?

The platform does give an easy one-stop access to (most of) our review platforms for tracking, analysis and replying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

paying for a product/service is a big ask of a customer. It's fine that you write it in your contracts that certain changes to your account will result in additional fees. I think that anytime fees are increasing or decreasing, this should still be communicated to the customer in real time as the changes are being requested/made. It is unreasonable to have a customer re-read their contract details everytime we are considering to make a change. The reminder is just good practice so the customer has the ability to review the actions they want to make fully informed, so they can decide to proceed or decline the changes. What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about SOCi?

What do you like best about SOCi?

This social media scheduling tool within SOCI is a game-changer! It saves so much time by allowing me to schedule posts across multiple platforms in one go, streamlining my workflow, and keeping all my content organized effortlessly. It’s a must-have for anyone managing multiple accounts! I honestly wouldn't even have multiple social media accounts if it wasn't for SOCI. Another benefit is the access to the corporate marketing library if I need additional content to post I can access pre-made, pre-approved content quickly and easily. What do you dislike about SOCi?

Occasionally there are glitches -- which is true of alot of technology products these days. As time goes on these bugs tend to work themselves out. I wouldn't let it hold me back from using SOCI because the scheduler is invaluable! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SOCi is solving the challenge of managing multiple social media platforms by enabling me to post across all of them simultaneously. What do you like best about SOCi?

My favorite thing about SOCi is using the scheduler tool. It is so convenient being able to schedule post on any day and anytime of the month. SOCi's app is very helpful as well to stay on top of all tasks and reviews Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOCi?

I love the ease of access and using Socias whether it's using the preloaded content from Berkshire Hathaway or uploading my own, it's very easy and streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOCi?

Scheduling and ease of posting. It's so nice to plan your month for a day or so, and not have to think about it. It's well worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

I can't post to all my pages at the same time without a little extra work. It's tricky to post to all pages together, and it's too much extra work to copy and paste every post to each locations page. It's just a bit more tedious. However, I'm having an issue regarding someone changing my businesses' hours. It's very annoying and it's showing one of my businesses closed during open hours. What do you like best about SOCi?

Marketing is very time consuming, but SoCi is east to use! The east of integration is also very nice as they support almost every media format! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOCi?

I love being able to schedule out posts acorss multiple platforms. It makes it 10x simpler for me to do my job everyday and streamlines our social media. Customer support is quick to help where needed and implemting this in our marketing stretegy increases overall reach to our audience. I use it every day I am at work. What do you like best about SOCi?

It's great to have resources at your fingertips to handle your social media accounts. You can take care of live listings that are housed in different systems. Its a great tool to have to grow your presence for social media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no AI feature readily installed to use, its an added feature that is charged for when other platforms include it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With using SOCi, this allows our 375 store locations respond to social media reviews and messages. Our owners are able to schedule one post across several platforms with ease. Regarding Google posts - our team is actively working on an enhancement that would allow for posting to multiple pages at the same time, so hang tight!
