**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I like that I'm able to post on all platforms at once, which is really helpful for advertising for the apartment complex. I also appreciate the news feed that SOCi provides. The initial setup is very convenient. It's been very helpful in seeing what posts get engagement for our audience. That way our social medias are curated to our specific audiences

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I wish SOCi could format pictures automatically for the appropriate platforms. I believe it'd be helpful if soci allowed for videos and not only photos to be uploaded through its site

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SOCi to post on all platforms in one swoop, making advertising for our apartment complex easier, and I enjoy the news feed it provides. I also love using soci what posts create the most engagement our audiences

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I use SOCi every day for social media posting, analytics, sentiment, and review responses. It's great that it solves scheduling issues across multiple platforms and makes creating graphics easy with Canva. I really like how it's user-friendly and easy to jump into, saving me time by having everything in one centralized dashboard. The integrations are fantastic, allowing me to connect social accounts and use Canva for memorable graphics. The dashboard provides quick insight into our current social presence and allows for quick changes to posting.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I often have issues accessing Canva's graphics after creating. While working on a graphic, there is no way I know to save in the middle of doing work and come back to it later. I also cannot find old graphics in the Canva integration. The dashboard occasionally has glitches where social accounts will become disconnected. Google Business posting is also difficult at times.

SOCi helps me manage social reviews that can quickly become an overwhelming time constraint to keep up with in a busy market. The responses are appropriate, on-brand in voice, thorough, and delivered in a timely manner.

I didn’t really receive any formal training on the site; it’s mostly been a learn-on-your-own situation whenever I’ve had time to explore the platform. I only recently noticed the “Learn” function, and it has been extremely helpful.

Timely responses to social reviews across multiple platforms are critical. Having one central source to help me respond to reviews from different platforms means I don’t have to log in to six separate sites just to check guest feedback or approve responses to those guests.

The classic hiccups—I’ve had an error message pop up before, and I didn’t really understand why it was there. We do have a corporate team we can reach out to to submit a ticket, but that process takes time.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I like that SOCi has a calendar where I can put different posts on different calendars, giving me a great view of my monthly social media marketing and posts. It helps put everything into perspective. I also like that there are templates to choose from, which make it easy for me to come up with a good post. Additionally, the AI assistant is super helpful in crafting better wording for social media posts. The initial setup was super easy as corporate took care of it.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

Off the top of my head, there's not really anything that needs improvement other than maybe just the general layout of the dashboard. It's a little bit dated and how it feels. Like, it feels like a website that was designed at, like, I don't know, the twenty tens or something. It could use a bit of a sleek modern touch, like all these other websites have nowadays.

I use SOCi to manage all my social media in one place, avoiding logging in and out of platforms. It's super convenient. The calendar gives a great monthly overview, and the AI assistant helps with post wording. Templates make it easy to create posts.

The user interface of SoCi is easy to use and navigate. I can easily use it to  schedule posts for my business or view posts that are already scheduled. I can also use it to easily analyze sentiment for my business postings.

The interface is more function than form. It's kind of boring or bland to look at. However, it is easy enough to use.

I love SOCi's user-friendly interface, which makes navigating social media much more accessible compared to other platforms. One of my favorite features is that corporate can automatically post content for me, and I can click into any scheduled post to easily adjust the day, time, wording, or content as needed. SOCi also targets peak times, which is priceless for me. Additionally, the platform allows videos to be edited or trimmed before publishing, which is really helpful.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I would love a feature to set published videos aside or store them somewhere in the platform for later editing to eliminate extra steps like searching and re-uploading. It would also be great if there was a place to edit photos with corporate's branded colors and fonts.

I love being able to schedule multiple ads and posts across all of our locations. It saves SO much time and really streamlines the process across locations and platforms. I also appreciate how quick and responsive their support team is.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I don't love the reporting function as it can be really difficult to get consistent numbers across different reports. There are some niche workarounds we've figured out but I question the metrics, as often times they differ from the dashboards vs the exported reports.

If you have a ton of locations, it is hands-down a great tool to schedule content just once for impact across all of your stores. Saves me tons of time and mindshare.

I enjoy that I can post to multiple platforms at one time. I also like the preview function so I can see what it will look like to our audience.

Truthfully I am not sure there is anything I necessarily dislike. I noticed recently they changed the notification that pops up after hitting post and before it used to say posted or something of that nature but now it says it will show up on the platforms within a minute which I like because it does take a minute and it is not instant.

It makes it easier for us to post to all of our platforms at one time which is time saving and efficient.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I find SOCi very easy to use and user-friendly. It was easy to link all of our profiles, and it's simple to manage all the different posts. I appreciate having so many different views and the ability to see everything out on a calendar, including future posts all in order. The visibility is great, and it's easy to edit. SOCi consolidates all the different social media requirements into one place, so I don't have to remember details like Google's image type limits or Twitter's character count limit. It keeps track of all that and provides real-time feedback when I'm editing to ensure my posts go where and when I want them to.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I wish that it had a larger field of stock photos to choose from and things like that.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOCi allows me to post across all our social media platforms and customize each post. It manages different social media requirements, showing everything visibly in a calendar and keeping track of platform limits, making posting easy and well-organized.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I like being able to use the calendar layout, list layout, and daylight layout when scheduling because it gives me more options and variety to see how everything's laid out for the month or however far in advance I'm scheduling stuff for clients. I really think everything is very straightforward and easy to use. It's very modern looking. I also like that I can move a post to another day very easily just by dragging it, which is much easier than having to manually change the date on every single platform like with some other platforms. So I appreciate being able to just drag and drop stuff to rearrange for the month.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I find that SOCi loads pretty slow sometimes, and I'm not sure if that's on my end. I always have to refresh, or sometimes the posts just don't load in correctly. I also think the notification window is very glitchy and laggy. When I click on notifications to see if a client has mentioned me in a post, it's harder to find. I think we would benefit from having a completely separate tab that just says comments and shows everything, rather than just looking at rejections from clients. This would help since some clients either don't know how to use the platform or do something incorrectly, so I end up missing comments.

I use SOCi to schedule and manage social media content across various platforms. It streamlines scheduling with its flexible layouts and drag-and-drop feature, making it easy to organize and rearrange posts for clients. I like the ability to incorporate Canva templates into SOCi, which makes it easier and faster to get posts scheduled. I also find posting to multiple platforms a great feature as it ensures that all of my clients see our posts at the optimal time for viewers to interact with them. The setup of SOCi was easy and it's simple to understand and use.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

Suggesting hashtags would be helpful to let us know which hashtags may be most beneficial for posts and ensure we are getting seen by people that may not normally see our posts.

The ability to add hashtags is great because it ensures that if anyone is searching by hashtags, we are visible. I like the AI-generated responses, which really stand out for me, along with the ability to create templates to respond to common reviews. I really wish there was an option for DoorDash to be connected to SOCi. Emojis being used when replying to Yelp reviews would be nice since I am unable to use them and our brand loves using the jalapeno emoji for some of our positive reviews. I find SOCi's scheduling feature useful for its main capability, which is scheduling static posts across multiple platforms. It is also handy for viewing, reviewing, and responding to our Google reviews. The feature that allows us to receive emails about new reviews is appreciated, and being able to save this data into a CSV file is incredibly helpful for backup, especially when Google has deleted reviews in the past.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I find SOCi struggles to upload video content, requiring manual posting of Instagram reels and TikToks. The emoji feature lags, so I have to use a third-party site for captions. There isn't an option to notify when posts are successfully posted or if there's an issue. The performance reports are confusing and not digestible, with information not presented in the most useful way. Going back and forth between SOCi and social media platforms to verify info is tedious. The user experience needs an update, and that's why I don't use the other tools offered. Reports also contrast with those on other platforms. The Libraries/Images and other tabs aren't intuitive to use. Plus, the Canva feature can't access our shared templates, so we don't use it despite its potential usefulness.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I use SOCi for all my work needs and find it awesome for communicating with the public. It's user-friendly, and I love the addition of Canva, which enhances my experience. The integration with Canva allows me to sign into my account and use what I've created, which I love. The AI tool in SOCi is also something I find very beneficial. Lastly, the initial setup was super easy, which I greatly appreciate.

When looking past photos up it would be nice if they were more organized.

I use SOCi to create a calendar of social media posts. It's user-friendly and integrates with Canva, making it easy to incorporate my designs.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I liked the reporting that could include all listings into one report, instead of having to pull individual reports. It helped me manage a business with 90 locations by aggregating that information. Connecting Google Business profiles to SOCi also aided in managing reviews.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

The support ticket system did not work well. I did not like how you needed to put in a ticket for a lot of different changes, such as adding a new property or fixing heat maps. Other platforms I have used are more streamlined and user-friendly. Using SOCi University or having to put in a ticket is inconvenient, and the tickets can take a long time.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOCi helps manage my Google business profiles and aggregates information for easy management of profiles and listings. I like its reporting feature, which consolidates all listings into one report, saving me from pulling individual ones. It was especially helpful when managing 90 locations.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I love that SOCi allows me to post to multiple accounts in one spot and makes handling all of our social media and Google My Business more accessible and easier. I like that I can see comments and reviews on all platforms in one place. It helps me with rewriting my messages to make them sound better and also allows me to plan out posts in advance. I appreciate that all the platforms are in one spot, making things easier and quicker. I enjoy reviewing the posts to see which ones received more views and interactions, providing great data for all the social media items and our marketing campaigns.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I would like to be able to add alt text and collaborators through SOCi for Instagram. I still have to update some posts through Instagram directly if I want to add a collaborator. Or I have to go to Facebook and Instagram directly to add alt text to pictures for posts.

I use SOCi to post to multiple accounts in one place, plan posts, and view comments and reviews. It helps streamline social media and Google My Business management while improving post effectiveness through data insights.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I find SOCi easy to use. Its basic nature helps with its ease of use. Also, I appreciate the integration with Facebook, Google, and Yelp, allowing all reviews to come into one place. It's helpful to receive instant notifications when reviews are posted and be able to respond promptly. It's great that we can thank customers for a five-star review or offer service recovery for a one-star review.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

It's kind of basic, and while that's a plus for ease of use, it kind of takes away because the app doesn't feel modern. Some of the buttons don't work properly. It lacks a modern feel and seems very dated. As for the technical aspects, some of the buttons on the bottom row just redirect you back to the one page and don't actually do anything.

SOCi allows us to get alerts when reviews are posted across Facebook, Google, and Yelp in one place. We can thank customers for positive reviews or address issues in negative ones, which centralizes our response process.

I really like that SOCi connects to multiple platforms at the same time, making it somewhat simple to use. It's nice to set up advertising in one spot that goes to all different platforms without having to visit each one individually, which definitely saves me time.

It would be nice to be able to edit an ad that is already published or going to be published. There's no way to do that right now. You have to delete it and start over again, which is very frustrating. Also, you can't clear things from the calendar. So it jumbles it all up and makes it a mess. To try to figure out what's current and what might be old. And what's currently running and what isn't.

I use SOCi to manage social media accounts from one platform. It helps me post and schedule on all platforms simultaneously, saving time and simplifying our marketing efforts.

I find the collaboration and library of media content from our franchise group to be very beneficial. It allows me to modify upcoming posts and see an overview of our published content on a month-by-month basis. I also find it valuable to use the shared content to build my own and see what content was used by other franchisees to replicate their success. The initial setup was very easy with most of it done by our franchise marketing group, and once we signed in, it was straightforward to understand the platform and utilize the software's benefits.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

The SOCi mobile app isn't always user friendly when I engage with comments or alerts from social media. It's hard to connect directly with the content or response, and sometimes it's not clear what the response is in alignment with the content I'm replying to.

SOCi is one of the better platforms I’ve used. The integrations that enable shared content, the easy-to-use interface, and the ongoing updates to posting features—like the ability to pre-schedule first comments on posts to improve traction in the algorythims—put it well ahead of other platforms.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

The only downside is that, as a third-party content provider, the social media platform algorithms seem to squash the reach more than they do with native posts.

As an independent pharmacy, our pharmacist owner doesn’t have time to post regularly, so the scheduled content feature is a real game changer. The ability to share access with staff without giving them full account access makes it even better.

I especially like its ease of use because it's very user-friendly. The collaborative features are also great as they allow us to work together on posts and responses. The initial setup was easy, as our franchise home office handled it and they also provide content for us to post. Additionally, I like SOCi a lot because we find it very useful.

I think some of the features are a little clunky... messaging doesn't seem to work for my team.

I like that there's a variety of different campaigns on SOCi. It touches a lot of different areas of my business. I appreciate that it's done and the pictures and text are there. I can easily transcribe the text to say something different, and there's AI prompts that let me change it or rewrite it myself. The initial setup was very easy through Travel Leaders, and once approved, it was very simple.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I would like it if I had the option, when I modify my Facebook post, for it to automatically give me the option to update the Instagram post to say the same thing.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SOCi for marketing, especially since I don't have time to create social media posts. It simplifies posting by allowing me to review and tweak posts weekly, ensuring they match my business model. The AI and campaign variety help me tailor content effectively.
