**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I like that SOCi places all reviews and posts in one location, making it easy to respond across different platforms. The AI assistance with reviews is a real time saver. I also love the clean, easy UI and the reporting functionality. The ease of use increases my efficiency, allowing me to spend more time helping clients, patients, and employees. The initial setup was very easy, and I even gave it a 10 for being really easy to use and increasing efficiency.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I like to print reviews to give as positive shout outs to the staff. Maybe a cleaner, nicer print option?

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOCi places reviews, social media posts, and analytics in one location, making it easy to respond across platforms. The AI assists with reviews, saving time. The clean UI and great reporting increase efficiency, allowing more focus on clients, patients, and employees.

automation of updates across more than one channel

It's not intuitive.  I feel like the features and the calendar could be much easier to use.  I recommend the SOCI team hire an external design thinker that assesses the experience from the point of view of a brand new user who has never used a tool like this but is used to very simple, intuitive online or app based tools.  I feel like you could cut out steps, screens, and layers from the experience.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to attain the best practice of posting regularly on social media.  I only wish it could also automate the re-posting on my personal sites.  I still have to do that myself.

I use SOCi to manage the social media presence of our veterinary hospital. It provides an easy one-stop platform for me to view all of our online presence, saving me the time of running reports on separate platforms. My favorite feature is the charts and graphs, which allow me to quickly review the necessary materials I need to manage our platforms with ease. I also like the social media calendar that shows me all of my upcoming scheduled posts, allowing me to easily plan my topics for the month. The initial setup was very easy as it was set up by our IT department.

I don't currently have any complaints

One of my favorite features is the AI-recommended review response, which saves me a lot of time by prompting me with AI-generated responses, allowing me to focus on other tasks. Setting up SOCi, especially for community management, was fairly easy.

I wish the AI prompt for reviews sounded a little more human or I could train it myself.

I like that SOCi has resources for content and allows me to manage all of my business's social media in one place. It helps to make sure content is always scheduled to be posted even when I am not in the office or available to curate a post at that moment. I also think it saves time and effort.

I think SOCi could be more user-friendly. There are a lot of tabs and different things that take a bit of getting used to. Maybe a more simple website format would make it easier to find what buttons you need.

SOCi helps ensure my content is scheduled even when I'm not available, saving time and effort. I like its content resources and the ability to manage social media in one place. However, it could be more user-friendly due to many tabs and a complex format.

I saw a recent update that it is integrating with Canva and am excited to explore that. It would be helpful not to have to edit images in a separate app.

Integrated suggested posts, by AI, is helpful!  I may not like 100% of the suggested post, but I can edit and then schedule it.

Be able to turn off AI suggested posts completely.  Some of our sites use it, like mine, but some do not, and it is currently cluttering up their scheduled posts calendar.

Soci has helped improve our consistancy across our social media platforms, and cut back on the time spent keeping all platforms up-to-date.
