What do you like best about SOCi?

I love the fact that you can have different photo libraries to store photos for future use. I have to post multiple posts throughout the month and so it makes it easier so I don't have to look through my personal photo albums. I like how I can see the whole month on one screen and can just choose a date and then write a post for our Facebook page. It's pretty user friendly even for ones who have never had to make posts for their company before. Definitely recommend it. Once you get training on how to use it - your good to go. What do you dislike about SOCi?

I have only been using SOCI consistently for about a month or so. I haven't as of yet found anything that I dislike with it. But that doesn't mean down the road I might not find something. But as of right now I am very pleased with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOCi?

I started using SOCI as a property manager in March 2020, right at the onset of the pandemic. During that challenging time, SOCI was an invaluable tool that allowed me to stay connected with residents virtually, helping us maintain strong communication and engagement despite the restrictions.

Since then, I’ve moved into a Marketing Coordinator role, where I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with a SOCI Account Manager who has made setting up and managing the backend of my properties straightforward and efficient. What do you dislike about SOCi?

The only downside to SOCI is the limitation in integration, specifically with Instagram. Unfortunately, SOCI can’t yet utilize all of Instagram’s features, like posting stories, which can be restrictive for those who want to fully leverage every aspect of social media. What do you like best about SOCi?

I really enjoy most of the prodcut tools and the pricing is very competitive. The Listing and Social tools are what we started with and we have not moved into using it for our Customer Support and Surveys where possible. We also like the white labling of their product with OLO which helps us reduce the amount of dashboards our team uses. So far most of the Implementation has been easy with a few exceptions that they are working through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

Survey tool was told would allow us to use a link for email, and social sharing. It did not at first bu they added that functionality quickly. They have been responsive to most of our needs, the only issue is support is a little slow on certrain items but amazingly fast with others, but I believe they are working on correcting that. What do you like best about SOCi?

I really like the user-friendliness of the platform. Each quarter, the abilities and options available grow and become better, and the support is wonderful and quick to respond. The support is AMAZING! I can email my contact, Liz, anytime, and she is so quick to respond and to escalate tickets for quick resolutions. A good bang for your buck. What do you dislike about SOCi?

There are some features that are missing or lacking somewhat, like the reporting, and the ability to post both FB and IG reels with customizations AND stories both. I also would love to see an option for auto-hiding a comment based upon a profanity filter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The cost is a main selling point as it's much less expensive than other platforms like Sprout. It's also got some nifty features, like review reply templates, post and image library with the ability to sort by keywords added to the post, and has okay reporting options. What do you like best about SOCi?

Very helpful for seeing all our social media in one spot! We enjoy being able to schedule posts ahead of time, the ability to respond to multiple people from one platform, and the "extras" provided to enhance our posts (photo and video capability, Canva access, etc). What do you dislike about SOCi?

When I use my phone I have to log in each time and that can be a little annoying. Nothing too serious - I haven't experienced any big issues on my end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are putting all of our patients, potential patients, reviews - anything online - into one spot. Generally, people wait to come to the chiropractor until they are in pain. When they are, we want to be able to get the person scheduled as soon as possible and this really helps us respond quickly, while helping to ensure no one slips through the cracks when they need some help. What do you like best about SOCi?

Our whole marketing team uses SOCi. The best parts for me are the Listings tools and the Reputation Management. The support team is lovely and has been excellent to work with as we have gotten set up with the various tools and services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Initially, the purpose was to consolodate our listings. On top of that, we've implemented their solutions to manage our social media, our social media advertising, and our reputation management. We have one dashboard for the work that took several several different websites before. Possibly more importantly to me, their systems are set up to publish and propogate information across each and/or all of our listings, which was a pretty attention-intensive process before. What do you like best about SOCi?

Soci makes it easy to schedule my posts and to share to multiple platforms in one go!

When ever I have a question on usability, their support team is always there to help. I use Soci on a weekly basis for all my posts.

What do you like best about SOCi?

What's most helpful about SOCi is definitely the ease of use. Onsite team members who are usually stretched thin on time can schedule out time during the month to schedule posts in SOCi. What do you dislike about SOCi?

The implementation process was lengthy and it was rather difficult to train property staff at over 50 properties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time management! With the ability to schedule posts for an entire month in just one sitting, property managers are able to schedule time into their day. SOCi also solves the problem of consistency and engagement across all social media platforms, not just one. With scheduling, most properties are posting at least 3 times a week. What do you like best about SOCi?

It is easy ot navigate and I love to connectivity options for many social platforms. Also, it is great to have the Canva integration that allows me to create my designs before posting them. The customer support is also stellar and helps solve issues quickly and effeciently. I use this in my work every day and it is very easy to implement my social media plan.
