I love the fact that you can have different photo libraries to store photos for future use. I have to post multiple posts throughout the month and so it makes it easier so I don't have to look through my personal photo albums. I like how I can see the whole month on one screen and can just choose a date and then write a post for our Facebook page. It's pretty user friendly even for ones who have never had to make posts for their company before. Definitely recommend it. Once you get training on how to use it - your good to go. I have only been using SOCI consistently for about a month or so. I haven't as of yet found anything that I dislike with it. But that doesn't mean down the road I might not find something. But as of right now I am very pleased with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I started using SOCI as a property manager in March 2020, right at the onset of the pandemic. During that challenging time, SOCI was an invaluable tool that allowed me to stay connected with residents virtually, helping us maintain strong communication and engagement despite the restrictions.
Since then, I’ve moved into a Marketing Coordinator role, where I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with a SOCI Account Manager who has made setting up and managing the backend of my properties straightforward and efficient. The only downside to SOCI is the limitation in integration, specifically with Instagram. Unfortunately, SOCI can’t yet utilize all of Instagram’s features, like posting stories, which can be restrictive for those who want to fully leverage every aspect of social media. I really enjoy most of the prodcut tools and the pricing is very competitive. The Listing and Social tools are what we started with and we have not moved into using it for our Customer Support and Surveys where possible. We also like the white labling of their product with OLO which helps us reduce the amount of dashboards our team uses. Survey tool was told would allow us to use a link for email, and social sharing. It did not at first bu they added that functionality quickly. They have been responsive to most of our needs, the only issue is support is a little slow on certrain items but amazingly fast with others, but I believe they are working on correcting that. I really like the user-friendliness of the platform. Each quarter, the abilities and options available grow and become better, and the support is wonderful and quick to respond. The support is AMAZING! I can email my contact, Liz, anytime, and she is so quick to respond and to escalate tickets for quick resolutions. A good bang for your buck. There are some features that are missing or lacking somewhat, like the reporting, and the ability to post both FB and IG reels with customizations AND stories both. I also would love to see an option for auto-hiding a comment based upon a profanity filter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very helpful for seeing all our social media in one spot! We enjoy being able to schedule posts ahead of time, the ability to respond to multiple people from one platform, and the "extras" provided to enhance our posts (photo and video capability, Canva access, etc). When ever I have a question on usability, their support team is always there to help. I use Soci on a weekly basis for all my posts.

What's most helpful about SOCi is definitely the ease of use. Onsite team members who are usually stretched thin on time can schedule out time during the month to schedule posts in SOCi. It is easy ot navigate and I love to connectivity options for many social platforms. Also, it is great to have the Canva integration that allows me to create my designs before posting them. The customer support is also stellar and helps solve issues quickly and effeciently. I use this in my work every day and it is very easy to implement my social media plan.
