What do you like best about SOCi?

I really appreciate the support team behind SOCi. We are transitioning from one platform to SOCi and I've been really impressed with all the help provided by SOCi. What do you like best about SOCi?

SOCi enabled our brand to allow franchise locations to post individually. This has helped us communicate to our community, rather than being grouped-in with the nation at-large. Now, we can tell the community about our outreach programs and what we do to support local schools and businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

Sometimes the prohibited words list includes things that aren't actually inappropriate in context. For example, we cannot use the word "tart," but one of our flavor offerings during the summer was PopTart... it was almost impossible for us to post about that flavor. What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before SOCi, we could not have individual franchise social medias. Now, we are able to post to our local communities! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOCi?

SOCi provides a ton of data to evaluate how successful we are at our social media posts and campaigns. It makes responding to review simple. Assists with scheduling and posting on social media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

The email notifications of receiving reviews immediately provide assistance in responding to negative reviews, leading you to believe the review is negative even when it is a 5 star review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOCi?

I'm a new user to SOCi, but so far, love everything about the platform. I do not come from a background of social media management, but as a small business owner, this is one of the many hats I have to wear. SOCi makes this so much easier for me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

I haven't come across any so far. I do wish that I could include text on stories when I toggle to post on IG story and feed, but I don't know that any platform has that capability? I always just have to go into my account and do it manually. If that feature were available, it would be fewer steps. Or, if I could just post my entirefeed post as a story itself that is clickable to get to the original post (if that makes sense). There may be a way to do this that I am not aware of. What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Putting everything in once place for social media management. We are in preopening so I don't have any reviews yet, but I'm looking forward to utilizing this feature, as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOCi?

I do find that the interface is mostly user-friendly. The calendar feature is straightforward and fabulous for visual layout and scheduling all your posts. The libraries tool is great to house customizable designs for easy and quick use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Posts did not go out as scheduled a few times, and the templates feature has some room for improvement. But I do see the vision! The program overall is a win for any marketing team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Posting social media posts across multiple platforms in a timely manner with a user-friendly layout. As a market manager who does not focus on marketing content, but still must push it out, this tool makes the task so much more effective. And when working in a nonprofit, saving time is crucial! What do you like best about SOCi?

This site is super helpful and truly has most everything you need in one place. The platform itself is user friendly, and customer support is always helpful and friendly. They promply answer all of my questions usually with ease and if they don't have a solution, they work with you to get it resolved. Highly recommend, it's been a great tool for our company! What do you dislike about SOCi?

Truly the only downside I have found is resharing old posts. You have to go in and really recreate the entire post again for it to properly post. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOCi?

The tools are kept in a concise manner making it easy to find what you need. It is easy to create libraries for your planned social media posts. Very easy to set up and share posts. It is very helpful to be able to observe feedback from clients in the insights section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

Insights take a while to propagate shortly after launch. Seems to only use what is being posted/reviewed from the start date on and ignores any previous reviews. Need to be careful about what is flagged as 'negative." Unsure of how the SOCi score works for social media posts as even my fully engaged posts score as a 0.
