What do you like best about SOCi?

I really enjoy being able to schedule posts ahead of time. I like that I can schedule a post for a day I'm off work and it will post even when I'm not there. It is super easy to incorporate all of your social media accounts so you're able to post on all of them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOCi?

I like that they handle the social media stuff so I can handle sales. I love the ease of managing the account as well - the platform is so easy to use, and really helpful to see what is coming up - which makes it easy to personalize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once in awhile a client calls about a post I missed, and I have to find out what amazing thing they are calling about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They are solving my problem of only having 24 hours in a day. To have them behind the scenes, handling my social media platforms is so helpful. What do you like best about SOCi?

I love that all of my platforms are in one login with SOCi and I can manage my online listings and get help with google review replies. It is very user friendly and helps me have a one stop shop to see my Google My Business page and connect my social media platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOCi?

The ability to have a dashboard that shows what all of your platforms are doing is the best feature thus far. For those that use Facebook Ads, it even shows what your total and Daily Spend is and that is also important to see where your advertising dollars go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think that SOCi is still a bit "clunky" when it comes to Social Media Platforms. It's still hard to get some of my other platforms to connect with the program. That comes with the territory as that's something that will always be difficult to master. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
