Soci has allowed our company to post on behalf of our local franchise locations with ease, as well as post schedules for social content ahead of time. We love referring franchise locations to the library of past assets, rather than have to keep a separate library somewhere else. I also love the new(ish) reporting features. I wish the reporting emails were more comprehensive, and instead of a link to a report, I could get a weekly, monthly summary sent directly to my email. I also wish that certain glitches were worked out, for exmaple - posting carousels (PDF files) to linkedin. We need to post to linkedin directly for certain cotent which eliminates the reporting on those posts within Soci.
I have found over the years that customer support has almost been completely eliminated. I used to have montly calls with CSMs, but suddenly they started included sales individuals, and if we did not upgrade to new products, I stop hearing from the CSM. I have just begun using SOCi. I am not very very well versed in the social media world. SOCi helps me manage and create content for my business pages. The SOCi University they offer to help guide me through all the features is a huge help. Soci feels like it will be very easy to use and implement into daily, and weekly use for my company. SoCi has been a game-changer for managing the social media platforms. Working in the apartment industry oftentimes you are busy with work and deadlines and SOCI helps with the scheduling of posts. SoCI has made it easier to market our community effectively and maintain a strong online presence accessible to all of our staff so we know if someone scheduled a post and make sure we are not duplicating any posts. While SOCI has been very helpful there is one feature that would make it even better the ability to save posts that are created through Canva in a gallery for future use, with the option to edit them later. Sometimes I'd like to be able to use the same post but edit it to use the current information without having to recreate it. Often its multiple users in our office and we all have different ideas that merge in our work and being able to edit posts that are saved would be amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the cross-platform scheduled posting. Being able to schedule, design and plan SOCi posts ahead of time makes it easier for my community to grow a digital relationship with our residents and prospects. It is very easy to use SOCi, even if you are unfamiliar with running a social media page for a business or don't have experience in digital marketing techniques. A lot of people in this industry don't have experience with graphic design (I do, but my coworkers don't) and SOCi links with RPM's digital marketing packages to make it easy to share premade, brand-friendly graphics. I have had a lot of issues trying to get log ins to our social media accounts. The property I work for was an RPM takeover and we never received the log ins to our Instagram or Facebook. I put in a work request but it just sent me a password reset link for SOCi... I would feel better about our social media presence if I were able to create Instagram stories and highlights, but wihtout the log ins, it is hard to keep our Instagram page looking as professional as I would like it to be. I would like more notifications to show any errors/compliance requests so I can respond quickly. I currently do not receive any notifications in my inbox, I instead have to manually check if there are any pending compliance approval requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What is most helpful about SOCi is that it is so easy to use. Very easy to train our on-site staff and very convenient for them to be able to post. Also, the reporting function is very helpful. We love that we can centralize all of our digital and social media communications under one roof. We use SOCi to update and monitor our Google Business Profiles, respond to reviews, post to social, and now we are adding their Survey component. So easy to manage everything from one platform. This site is wonderful to any and all whether you are experienced in marketing or not. The AI tool gives you ideas on what to post and what links, photos, hashtags, and captions to use depending on what aspect of your business you want to represent. It also notifies you about comment or reviews and how to respond to them. It's great because even though it's doing almost all of the work, you are also learning from it and how marketing works. The training videos are not as helpful as people expect it to be, there are some terms and techniques you will be confused by if you don't know what it does or what it means, some of the things on this site, personally, was a learn-as-you-go type of experience.
