What do you like best about Snaphunt?

I was using Snaphunt to hire for tech and creative roles as talent in Switzerland & Germany can be expensive to hire full-

time. I was able to find talent across Europe in regions like Turkey, India, etc where the time zone was suitable and easy

to work with. It is very easy to post a job on Snaphunt and the platform has lot of options for automation. I was able to get

a large number of applications and also liked the new auto reject feature that helps manage rejections daily with

What do you dislike about Snaphunt?

Snaphunt is very easy to use. So don't dislike anything in particular. But I think if it had options to add salary by the hour

VS only by month and year it would help to find a lot more talent. Especially for contract roles. But I am aware they also

What do you like best about Snaphunt?

They publish articles and organize webinars that help you in your job search, full of valuable advice and with a practical approach. Besides, their platform is intuitive, has a very attractive design and saves you a lot of time when creating your profile. What do you like best about Snaphunt?

As a recruiter, I have been an ardent user of Snaphunt for months.

What I love best about Snaphunt is the immediate notification sent to qualified candidates and the recommendation of qualified candidates tailored to each job post.

Also posting jobs and following up with candidates on the website is very easy and user-friendly.

It also has this feature where you can move candidates who have been reviewed to different sections based on their CVs.

The website also loads very fast and has no distracting or pop-up ads even for the free version. That is a nice quality.

The diversity of their talent pool is great, you could find qualified candidates even for language-specific roles.

Snaphunt is a secure site that is mindful of the safety and privacy of its users. When I signed up as a recruiter, I needed to provide documentation to prove my recruitment identity and I believe that is a nice feature to prevent fake job postings.

Lastly, the customer service of snap-hunt is fast and reliable.

What do you dislike about Snaphunt?

What I dislike about Snaphunt is that some Candidates who apply for language-specific roles do not mention on their profile or summary if they have the necessary language certificates or are conversant with the language needed.

This is limiting as one needs to open up their CV to see complete details.

It would be great if Snaphunt could add a feature that candidates are required to show their proficiency in the MUST-HAVE languages for roles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Snaphunt?

I was looking for experienced remote graphic designers, UX and UI designers, and digital specialists. Snaphunt was really easy, convenient, and fast in helping me find great talent. In a few days, I got a lot of relevant applications. I also was able to see insights on notice periods and salary that made it faster to screen them. There is also applicant information on culture fit that each applicant has which is very different and interesting. Very few hiring solutions or job boards offer this sort of functionality. I think it took me a few days to get used to it. There are a lot of functionalities and it can be overwhelming at the start. What do you like best about Snaphunt?

I have used a few hiring solutions, but Snaphunt has stood out for me. It has helped me source a lot of good analyst profiles and technical roles for my team. Algorithm matching is really useful as it helps to shortlist the relevant talent faster. I also like the fact that you can see salary and culture-fit insights. This has helped us speed up the sourcing & screening process. They also have a fully managed hiring solution that we have used for a few of our roles. Which is really helpful if you are looking for talent in specific countries with specific skills. The pricing is also lower than the agencies we have used before and has good proactive support. What do you dislike about Snaphunt?

Snaphunt offers job roles that are highly compatible with the applicant's skills, experiences, and industry they want to work in. What do you like best about Snaphunt?

I always guess how my skills really look like and the psychometric test by SnapHunt covers it much better than expected. Obviously there are some area where I feel a little bit different, but only in small amount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything is set to the point and this should be a standard for any other similar providers. One thing to consider: I would like to know how my skills fit for particular job scopes.
