What do you like best about Smartsheet?

Smartsheet enables me to plug most gaps in our core ERP and company systems. It is ultra user friendly for both admin and users - very quick to set up new solutions and on-board new users - any one can use it. Collect data via simple webforms in a few clicks. What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

Would be nice if there was the option to link sheets as relational databases. Like most software vendors they quietly move features up the subscription ladder, but its basically good value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Smartsheet is an ultra user friendly tool to plug gaps in core software and processes. Even if you intend to fix those gaps its so quick to set up and on-board new users that it makes an excellent interim solution. As permanent solutions we have a company diary on smartsheet, use it for KPI tracking, expense reporting, timesheet reporting and for project to-do lists. What do you like best about Smartsheet?

I like that the Smartsheets convert the questions into appropriate tabs to collect the information needed to fill our Smartsheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

I don't like the new payment style that extremely limits the number of users we can have under a given program. Our team is large. I think there should be an option where non-members can respond and add to the sheets' specific rows of information without making them provisional users and charging our company for the use. Also, when we tried to get additional training scheduled from your organization for our staff to better understand how to use Smartsheet, it was not free or included in the program. Customer Support is lacking. Also, Smartsheet does not talk to our other programs, so it makes it difficult to transfer any data from Smartsheet to our other EHRs.
