One of the best parts of smartsheet is allowing users to share a sheet, but lock it down so they can only view it, supplying a great tool for teams to view only the data or allowing them to update the data as a team.
In addition to sharing, I'm able to pull in data from DevOps via a thrid party system and create our Sprint Scrum boards for a handful of projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have used smartsheet for years but the recent changes to the subscription model have killed it as a viable option for our SME. It is clear that the company is not interested in the smaller customers and have moved towards enterprises. In addition, the system will only support MFA on the higher tiers of subscription, which also kills it as a viable option. In summary, to continue using the software under the new subscription model and comply with our cyber essentials plus certification, our annual cost is set to increase ten-fold, which I predict is only going to hurt Smartsheet a much as it does its customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
