The user interface of Slack is quite comprehesive and easy to use. Different color codings, each feature is right the the fingertip adn the inbuilt Huddle call for small and quick meeting is quite a great feature with screen sharing and video support. We use it at the firm everyday and for everything. There was no initial training because it is userf friendly and self -explanatory, That is how we know who is who and who is available. It allows seamless communication either on phone or on lapto. we can easily check or send text through it and get the response as per availablity of the person. I'm part of global team and work remotely, due to its friendly interface I love communication over slack. Additionally, after integrating it with other platforms we already use, we are able to receive calendar events, customer reviews, feedback, and much more into Slack channels. makes keeping track of things much simpler.
