Dashboards aren't super customizable—a lot of custom metrics and breakdowns are only available via request, whereas a tool like Mixpanel allows a lot of user-friendly features. The solution they offer is really competitive in terms on pricing vs the features they include and the way the system works. The customer service is really dedicated into solve any doubts or issues as soon as they can and they quickly escalate when the responses are not enough for our teams. I think they can improve the UI/UX to make it more user friendly and intuitive. And also sometimes they have some bugs in the reporting section.
