What do you like best about SheerID?

I realy appreciate the ease of use for a business user. I represent over a portfolio of brands so for me its very important ot access the SheerID portal easily. The people at SheerID are wonderful and make the experience that much better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SheerID?

The SheerID team is knowledge and responsive. We meet regularly with our account rep to address any issues or questions we may have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SheerID?

The only real thing that I dislike is that emails cannot be used fro verification. I understand the reasoning behind it and how easily an email can be manipulated and appreciate the role that this plays in fraud prevention. The team has worked with our organization to find other acceptable documents to use for verificaiton Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SheerID?

SheerID provides the ability to verify Military And Student enrollments automatically with Information provided by our guests. This saves an enormous amount of staff time and makes sure the correct guests get their appropriate discount.

We have the ability to add more codes when we need and get a warning with the bucket of remaining codes is low.

The support staff have always been very good when they were contacted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SheerID?

Therecare a couple of functions t h at could be improved

1. Cannot set my own thresholds of when to receive low availability warning.

2. Cannot set the frequency of how often zi receive thecwarning email.

3. Student check does not distinguish between part-time and full-time onlyvthatctheycare registeted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I noticed you've had some recent issues regarding the set up of alert thresholds, which I hope this knowledge base article helps solve (link provided). As for frequency of warning emails, please reach out to productsupport@sheerid.com – the team will be able to assist with best practices around handling frequency and thresholds for alerts.

We are unfortunately unable to distinguish between part-time and full-time students due to limitations around differentiating this data point with both instant sources and document review. SheerID is about continuous improvement, so we'll make sure to pass this feedback on to the product team for future product roadmap consideration.

What do you like best about SheerID?

It allows us to sell College, Military and First Responder products online for the first time. This is simple for our guests and staff compared to the old method of manual validation in person or via email.
