**What do you like best about Lightico?**

I love the way I can present to my customer the details of the plan they are agreeing to so that they can take the time to read through the details and agree to the package. I also feel the customer has a better experience as they don't have to listen to terms and conditions being read out to them

**What do you dislike about Lightico?**

The only downside of Lightico is when a customer has no internet access or does not feel confident logging on to the link to accept the terms. This only happens on the rare occassion

I have no compliance issues as all the information the customer needs to be informed of is on the slides. The customer understands the information easier as everything is clearly displayed

The ease of use. 
The option to resend the documents to a different text/email in the process without starting from scratch.
The option to send pictures and messages via the chat link.
So convenient and accessible Thank you for making our job easier, not having to read out everything word by word now.

**What do you dislike about Lightico?**

Merely customer feedback:
The link/website does not work on landscape mode on a tablet, and therefore, the customer is demanded to turn the device into portrait mode.
Without cookies enabled also, the website does not operate.
The text sizes are extremely small and although there are options to increase the screen size/zoom in; this minimizes the accessibility/ functionality of the file.

Absolutely do it! Makes your job so much easier.

Terms and conditions not needing to be read out over the phone word for word and instead of sending them out via a link/document for customers to approve, which improves customer accountability and time efficiency.

**What do you like best about Lightico?**

I can quickly start a pre-plan session with my contact, and attach a document from my computer for the person to sign. My Client will receive a text and can sign on her phone. I will receive an email notification that the client has signed along with the signed document. The best thing is the document will be attached to my contact details in salesforce automatically.

**What do you dislike about Lightico?**

I'm not able to start multiple pre-plan sessions at the same time. I would love to send the documents to various clients simultaneously. This might be something that I'm not aware of how to do

**What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My organization is using Salesforce on a day-to-day basis. I have over 100 clients on my caseload and other staffs might have more. I need to have my clients sign different forms almost every day. Lightico makes it really easy to collect signed document and place them in the contact record.

**What do you like best about Lightico?**

Being able to show customers/clients the things your actually discussing. This service has completely revamped the way T&C's are completed and how sales are viewed. The multiple different options are what makes this system... i can use it to show people new devices which is all the more relevant now customers cant go into store! Anybody that wants something that is very easy to use, very customer friendly and effeciant need not look any further. Customer frequently state 'how fancy is this/how much easier to use'!

**What do you dislike about Lightico?**

there is absolutely nothing to dislike about lightico! The only issue i find with lightico is when connected to wifi/mob wifi the link doesnt always work, a customer sometimes has to switch between connections to ge the product to work

I couldn't stress how good this service is! in my industry call handling time is a big thing, this has shorted call length and completely stream lined terms and conditions

In my industry its hard to sell more unknown brands however being able to show customers the products, pricing and specifications its became alot easier to do! with covid and no devices to display in store the programme makes it easy for us to show a customer the devices we can either reccomend or the product that they are interested which will ulitmatly boost sales performance and open the customer base up to more choice

**What do you like best about Lightico?**

That for the most part, it is easy to view things the client has downloaded, and as long as it is working correctly, it is pretty straightforward

**What do you dislike about Lightico?**

Sometimes there are technical issues where clients cant verify information to access their portal. Other times they think they uploaded pictures but it never comes through. I run into a few issues also when having to send docs to multiple people. Maybe the main applicant can sign their portion and then the co applicant cannot. I also wish we could completely delete portals that were no longer in use. Sometimes we have to generate multiple portals for one person to get them access but then we have these first ones that will never be used and cannot be deleted.

Only recommendation is to get familiar with the software and how it works.

**What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that are solved is it gives us the ability to send and receive documents in a secure manner. We are fairly productive with Lightico and when the kinks are ironed out it is usually pretty smooth.

Pros are it allows share screen with customers to complete the form together, and it can request documents from customers.

**What do you dislike about Lightico?**

Some bugs when we use the app on mobile phone such as connection error, screen delay when clicking on the radio button on the questions, or cookies require customers to add, but customers do not want to accept cookies.  Form designs are another issue that the panel is too small to navigate.

form designs and user training are major issues that we need to work on for now. And some bug fixes too sometimes the screen has delay when I click on the radio button it's not responding.

So far there is nothing I have found that I dislike; I'm sure there are a few things that could be better but my usage so far has been smooth sailing without any apparent issues.

To put it simply, confusion.  Using lightico when discussing contracts with customers so we can both see what we are discussing making the process easier while avoiding confusion.

How quick it is to send a link for the customer to have them upload their documents and being able to send to either their phone or email. The accessibility of it is great!

Sometimes lightico can be glitching and my customers are either unable to submit the documents or i dont get a notification that the customer upload the documents.

I like that the application loads very quickly. The layout of the system is generally good, so it is easy to find your way around. I would recommend the service to other people.

I think it would be good if the system stayed active for longer. At the moment it doesn't take long for the system to time out which means you have to keep re-loading it throughout the day.

I would recommend the product. It works well and it's easy to pick up for new users. I am going to continue to use Lightico for my role when I upgrade and sell broadband contracts to our customers.

I am helping customers efficiently check terms and conditions. They are able to sign contracts digitally so this saves time and money. It is also better for the environment than using paper forms etc.

Sending the forms could be a little confusing. Inviting the guest to chat when it looks like you've already submitted the form. That can be confusing for new users.

I love that I have the option to send contracts through text or through email. I also like how fast and simple it is to send documents.

In my opinion, I prefer text over email. It's better to send documents through text because I've had customers try to search for the e-mail and have trouble finding it.

I love the fact that I can send documents or request documents from a customer and it is easy to get the documents back in a secured site via text message. Customers find that this system is much easier to use, than the other automated document systems.

There isn't anything that I don't like about the system. This system is very user friendly and has a very good ease of access for all.

Lightico allows for secured information to be transmitted from consumer to company quickly and in a easy way via text message to the consumer's cell phone through this very user friendly system for all involved. Our company switched from Docusign to Lightico, as Lightico is easier and more convenient than Docusign, as the customer can choose between receiving a text message or an email. Customer's have an easier time using Lightico versus Docusign and seem to prefer to have the immediate access via text message.

**What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to send and receive documents quickly between my office and customer. I can request the customer to complete a document and have it turned back to my company quicker than email or regular postal mail. Customers seem to like this system, as well, as they can send their needed documents back without any issues and having a secure site to protect their private information.

if i am been honest there is nothing  i dislike about lightico, it all works perfectly fine. only thing i would change about lightico is the fact that you need to be logged in at the same time as the customer

lightico makes signing contracts easier, before lightico we would have to verbally read all of our terms and conditions out to the customer, with lightico all we  have to do is send a chat, and help them through it

Overall there is not a thing that we dislike. Some items do require professional services to assist with but overall, the product is fairly robust and offers an easy-to-use document verification tool.

I like how easy it is to go through T&C's with customers, making speaking it a lot easier. Customers also have to agree to each section on the app.

Good to be able to share document in full, seems very straightforward for customer to use in terms of opening the chat, simple enough to use and the accessibility options seem pretty good

Difficult to navigate document on a phone, can't rotate phone, seems quite glitchy when trying to zoom etc, would be nice to be able to put document together before starting chat. Would hope something like this would be quicker than reading the details over the phone.

basically sometimes when i am placing an order for the customer, it makes me have to start the order again because it is being laggy and keeps flickering, which isnt too bad

I do not like how it comes from a number that is unfamiliar to the customer. If we could mask the number to come from our office number that would be great!

**What do you like best about Lightico?**

Can give customers information effectivly and instantly keeping customers informed and up to date. It makes alot clearer for customers to see what is going on in the moment. I use lightico daily and allows me to get through my calls efficiently with quality allowing me to make more sales. Using lightico also reduces the amount of repeat calls coming into the business reducing complaints and repeat calls. There is lots of functions that are very useful such as the instant chat bar which allows you to type to customers and they can respond making communication very easy. Customers love it to being from a tech company makes us look very professional and as customers say " Truely stepping into the 21st centry" .

**What do you dislike about Lightico?**

The system has been abit laggy to begin with but looks to have been updated and is working so much better now. I have also noticed that when customers have been using this on mobile phones and tablets it tells them to rotate the device this doesnt always work and can be fustrating for customers. Also when they are using this on devices such as Mobiles and Tablets the writing can be quite small on the screen and hard to read. Does work veryu well on PC but customers are not always at home to be able to do this. Sometimes when you paste something on to the document it doesnt paste it in the right place on the document.

Having the customer be able to see what you are talking about is very useful when explaining benefits. Also being able to send terms and conditions to the customers keeps us compaliant and customer fully informed.

The ease of use and how efficient it is when dealing with customers, the customers can also download a copy of the terms and conditions which i find is very helpeful for them. It also saves me missing vital bits of info that i need to tell the customer and stops me from being brought up on non compliance etc.

**What do you dislike about Lightico?**

doesn’t feed back to work systems at all, doesn’t tell our order systems that lightico has been used and we have to wrie a note to confirm this. Customer doesnt always read the information as they tick the boxes too fast to be able to read it. Sometimes the client is not able to connect and then there is a lot of time wasted trying to get it to work before having to thenread the terms and conditions anyway.

Ensure all info is correct when entering it into lightico. Make sure that the customer is aware that they need to approve all pages as sometimes people dont realise that they need to.

**What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The customer can see everything they are agreeing to in front of them rather than me reading it out. they tend to take in the info a lot more. Another benefit i have realised is that it gives the customer more information regarding the home moves and 4g mini hub when they are moving etc.

**What do you like best about Lightico?**

The simplicity. Functions are easy to use. Allows us to contact both customers and employers securley and in only a few simple steps. Most of out clients respond straight from their phones and images that are sent are uploaded instatly. Theres no more waiting for emails or fax to come through. Response times are cut in half and you can get responses from virtually anywhere. I recommend this system for all line of businesses. Its sucure and easy in every way. The possibilities are endless for what you cn accomplish. There are no limits to how many submission you can complete. You can send a text one minute and turn around send an email the same minute.

**What do you dislike about Lightico?**

Before the update, the system would lag a little. But now has a new look and runs much more smoothly.  Bright new look no latencey. It would be great if it were possible for our clients were able to respond to our secured tet messages that we send becuase there are times where they need help clarifying a request we've sent or if we do send a request through email or text they cannot respond and would have to end up calling which can sometimes cause delays. Even pre type message for them to choose from to ask questions or respond would be another great tip to make the system even better.

**What do you like best about Lightico?**

Ease of use for the customer is completely amazing. I do find that even with the older generation, we do not get issues and that they can get along swimmingly with the software. LightICO is very simple to use when set up correctly, and then our customers can go through it struggle free, which is brilliant. 
Another amazing feature is that our customers can download documents whever they need them as the link stays active. Our customers can simply click the original engagement link which we have sent them, and get all the information they require. 
We use the system to get E-Signitures for our contracts which is really realible and convienant.

**What do you dislike about Lightico?**

Not many downsides as it is compatible with anything with a web browser so very happy overall, sometimes the software gets issues if the customer has cookies disabled but thats about it.

**Recommendations to others considering Lightico:**

I find lightico as an excellent product. The LightICO systems seem to improve both efficiency and ease of use throughout the sales process with both agents and customers.

We used to read scripts for contracts to our customers, now we simple let them read it themselves and have the opportunity to download a copy after the fact is brilliant. We can also share images and links for the customers directly in the chat which is amazing for sales as the customer can view details of the devices before they commit to one.

The software also allows for an E-Signiture, which is excellent as it performs a perfect contract between the business and the customers.

not having to read all the statements, and much better for customers getting off calls that much quicker and always customers are always really happy to not have to be on the phone for so long. also improves net promoter score  aswell heping britsh telecom

i wouldt say theres many downsides but maybe just the fact some customers dont understand opening the link and may find it challeniging but thats not lighticos fault as these people are mainly technophobes.

i would always recomend lightico to helo with taking calls quicker and better experiance for customers leading to better life in work more bonus and better net promoter score

the customer always are complenting that they get to use this as they dont have to listen to us to read the legal terms, we then get to buidl report with the customers while they are agreeing them.

the only negatiave thing is that not all the products are there always - IE the add to plans that we offer or like the colous of the phone.

The Customer Interface is easy to Navigate. Best of all customers do not need to create a lightico account to sign their documents. The user Experience is crisp, clean and simple to use. So far I have nothing but positive feedback from the agents that I have trained on the platform.

My biggest concern about the the platform includes mobile signage. You are unable to hold your mobile phone sideways to sign the docs with your finger. The mobile device needs to say in the vertical position or you get an error message.

having the line and broadband part separate from one another should be line then broadband together as 1
not lag so much when sending the confirmation link to the email when ever I do a case I send it to mobile number as the email takes like 5 minutes to process for the cx to receive it to review her package over the phone. mobile is lot quicker to be sent,
not really much else I dislike with the system as it does pretty much everything that is needed.
what I don't like is the layout on the text message when it comes through the customers sometimes struggle to see the text to read it and sometimes sends it twice and they end up clicking the wrong link.
i don't like how the system shows it to the customer when they view the confirmation

i could say it be quikcer if we didnt have to imput all the information of a package

I also like that when we update our Terms and conditions it will change the document to reflect the changes

Being able to retrieve previously signed documents

being able to send a document to a cusotmer and then they can sign it when they want to rather than feeling like they have to do it there and then

Most of the products we sell have the releveant documents for cusotmer to sign

The signature document is nice and easy to use 

I like that the documents can be sent over both email and SMS. this makes it easy for the cusotmer to review and sign wherever they are

Cant delete whole Words/Sentances (can only delete one character at a time) 

Some documents are either not there at all for products we sell or need adjusting to have the right info on for that product

Sometimes the copy and paste doesnt work (Semms to be okay now though)

Dont like that when we enter an address on a document it asks for this to be entered twice on the same document?

Sometimes when you paste something on to the document it doesnt paste it in the right place on the document 

Some documents do not have enough room to type what needs to be typed in to the correct field

I like how Lightico allows you to remain compliant during a call, but the conversation flows more fluently. For me, being able to show the customer what they are buying, rather than going into it blind is amazing. The customer can see the specification of their new device and accessories, before saying yes or no. I enjoy how seamless this is to introduce to customers during a conversation. Customers have often commented on how enjoyable this is for their upgrade experience as they don't have to listen to someone talking them through the terms and conditions and it makes it more fun.  Customers can also see for themselves any major changes to the terms and conditions rather than something being missed out being read to the customers. Customers can also refer back to the terms and conditions by calling us to check what they accepted back when they first took out their contracts, whereas a call recording with EE only lasts 3 months for GDPR purposes. It also helps with the disconnection process and we can remain compliant whilst talking a customer through how it all works.

**What do you dislike about Lightico?**

I dislike how some of the SIM only plans we sell to customers aren't available to send over, sometimes we have to read them, sometimes this isn't 100% compliant. This also makes the validations process harder to complete when the deals aren't sent through to a customer.

**Recommendations to others considering Lightico:**

I would recommend using Lightico for every sale, whether it be a mobile, tablet or broadband. It makes it easier for you as the user and the customer.

The problems I seem to be able to diminish using Lightico are remaining compliant so it is easier for us to pass validations. It helps a customer understand their monthly payments and breaks down the cost, contract length, device, variant, colour and brand. I am able to deter confusion by referring back to Lightico for a customer who might not have been fully sure about their contract length for example.

The simple layout which makes it easy for our customers to review and accept documents. Inviting customers is very easy and fflexible with both text and email message options. Seems to be very reliable and rarely have issues on the platform. The ability to show customers photos of products which is a great tool especially if a customer isn't confident searching for something themselves. Also proving useful with the pandemic and all of our retail stores being closed.

Not always updated with new offers that we sell. Customers often coment when using a mobile device the text is small, so better optimisation for mobile users. Would be excellent if could link with sales systrems to pull the basket across rather than manually building every single offer. Means less room for user error.

Explore the system so you can become familiar with all the different tools you can leverage to improve customer interactions. Use the support network when having issues or lacking knowledge of the overall system.

Means that documents can be looked at in the future to prevent issues with deals agreed. Having a tool that allows us to show the customers the terms on their device rather than reading out long winded scripts. the speed the ease and over all customer experience is amazing, customer love it i love just makes sense to use it. its very easy to use and very fast the added extras of being able to seen the device picture, with the times were in and customers unable to see the device or get a real understanding we can send the ma picture with the basic information which is all a customer needs, the camera ,the memory the size of the device and there variation of colours it comes in and the pictures to go with it. gives the customer that piece of mind they need, and finally after all there t&cs have been confirmed the customer can save this for there own personnel use.
