What do you like best about SheerID?

SheerID helps us to get notified for certain group of people. The only problem that we had was some integration issues with Shopify Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SheerID?

Shopify integration might have problems. the admin panel is not user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SheerID?

I appreciate that the customer service of ShherID is always fast and helpful.

What do you like best about SheerID?

SheerID Solutions fit in well with our account creation and transaction flows, keeping users in the flow of sign up and checkout. Customer support has also been excellent allowing for our product/ecomm specific support to refer/work with the SheerID to solve verification support tickets. What do you like best about SheerID?

Whenever I have an issue with one of our verification programs, the product support team and my relationship contact are able to provide data and insight before the day ends! Super smooth Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SheerID?

I don't really have complaints. Maybe that guests are angry when they are confused about eligibility requirements and dont get the discount Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SheerID?

SheerID has enabled us to effectively market and scale programs for many special groups. We're able to show love and build loyalty with demographics we care about. The SheerID team is also excellent--incredibly responsive, and they're a delight to work with. What do you like best about SheerID?

Two things come to mind: the staff and the security of the product.

Every time I work with SheerID associates I'm impressed with their professionalism, follow up, and follow through. They have promoted our new programs internally and externally, and are really dedicated to refining our programs until they're perfect. The support documentation they have available is also excellent. Finally the security of the overall product seems solid through testing and monitoring successful orders. What's not to like?!? What do you dislike about SheerID?

I'm reaching here, but it would it would be nice if leads could sync automatically to Salesforce and if the logo upload to the email templates were a bit bigger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
