Sense is very easy to use. One of the best features is that it can be used in my phone, desktop and laptop. I can just click on the phone number on our ATS and the text box immediately opens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As much as I'd like to find fault, I really cannot. As someone who uses Sense in a daily basis, the only time I actually get bothered it when it's down but that occurs pretty rarely. And even then it probably was because of my internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes I wish that the word count didn't exist - but that isn't on the fault of Sense, that's more in regards to the SMS 140 character limit

What I like best is the ability to reach out to so many candidates at one time. The ability to ask knock out questions in a broadcast and wait for potential applicants to respond saves time and money.
