"Scribe Makes Creating Reports and Training Guides Fast and Easy"
What do you like best about Scribe?

I really like how easy Scribe has made it for me to create reports and training guides. I really appreciate the time it saves me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scribe?

I think the only thing that would be a great revision would be if I had to revise less of the report when finalizing it. I do realize this isn't a simple task, because a lot of the revisions are things that are auto named, and there isn't a way that Scribe would be able to read my mind. I really don't have any issues. "Saves Hours Weekly with Auto Summaries and Easy Screenshot Redaction"
What do you like best about Scribe?

It can automatically generate summaries for my operations, including images and texts, saves me hours each week. Because it meets my daily work needs, and to make it easier to blur and edit sensitive information on screenshots, I purchased the Pro Team Plan paid subscription and invite colleagues who need it to use it as well.

It's easy to operate and set up. It's really convenient for engineers who don't like writing documents, and the price is reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scribe?

There are still some minor shortcomings:

1. Online browsing sometimes takes too long to load, and performance is slightly insufficient.

2. After editing and organizing steps in a scribe, Chinese characters using bold, italic, code, link, unordered list, or ordered list formats will become garbled when exporting to PDF.

3. The animated images of merging steps are only restored to multiple static images when exporting to PDF; other formats (HTML/Markdown/WORD) remain animated. This is less convenient for those who need to print out physical copies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Workflow Recording with Minor Hiccups"
What do you like best about Scribe?

I like Scribe for its time efficiency; it saves me a lot of time. I also appreciate that it allows the team to share things more easily, which is helpful. I was able to find out that some of my colleagues were already using Scribe, which made teamwork more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scribe?

It's not perfect yet because sometimes when I click a button, and there are multiple letters or words on it, Scribe only captures a part, like just one letter or word. Like, if I click a button called 'email verification', it might record just 'verification'. So I have to manually correct it to 'email verification'. It would be better if it could capture everything fully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortlessly Simplified Our Process Documentation"
What do you like best about Scribe?

I use Scribe for process documentation and sharing with my team members. It greatly accelerates the time it takes to make my process documents and makes formatting really easy. I like the desktop embedded tool as I can use it with any program, and it is pretty accurate in describing what I am doing and is really easy to edit and share. It makes it really easy to create process documents that use multiple apps like Google, Word, and PowerPoint. The initial setup of Scribe was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scribe?

It tracks every space and backspace when I am typing somewhere, and I would prefer it didn't do that and just kept it more general like I typed in this area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time-Saving SOP Creation, Optimal for Varied Learners"
What do you like best about Scribe?

I love that Scribe can be used on both desktop and web-based systems. It makes documenting processes and explaining them in a way all types of learners will understand incredibly easy. I also like that team members can go into Scribe and access a folder with anything they need, which has significantly reduced the number of questions I get. Additionally, the initial setup of Scribe was extremely easy and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scribe?

Using it with Excel isn't the most user friendly. I would love to use it to document my month-end close process, but it's just not there yet. With Excel, the processes are often non-linear. I have to spend a ton of time cleaning up the scribes because it does track everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless SOP Creation with Scribe"
What do you like best about Scribe?

I use Scribe for building SOPs for my business and creating quick 'how to' articles for family and friends. It very quickly and efficiently solved our SOP generation process, transforming what used to be work documents into a full visual, presentable format in about 10 minutes. We can never go back. Scribe simply works. For how complex the issue it resolves is, it does it perfectly every time with very little effort. I've also started using their pages feature, which can compile multiple Scribess into one document. It's really helpful when integrating other systems, as I capture my clicks during demonstrations when other documentation falls short, so Scribe picks up the slack for my future reference. The pages feature is to Scribe what a cookbook is to a recipe. The initial setup was the simplest I've experienced for any software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scribe?

I would like to see more search functions for an interactive experience when looking through my Scribes/Pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Huge Time Saver"
What do you like best about Scribe?

One of the best things about Scribe is its ability to automatically capture workflows and turn them into clear, step-by-step guides without manual effort. It’s a huge time-saver for documenting processes, especially for training and onboarding. The auto-generated screenshots and annotations make instructions easy to follow, and the ability to edit and customize the guides ensures they stay relevant. Plus, its sharing options make collaboration seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scribe?

On occasion the scribe does not create when I go to export. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Documentation and Seamless Integration"
What do you like best about Scribe?

I use Scribe for documenting my workflows with my teammates. I really appreciate how it helps me show visually the process without taking too long, making it very time-efficient. It's super easy to use, and the user interface is very intuitive, which cuts down on the learning curve. I like being able to quickly edit the steps and delete any from mis-clicks. The desktop integration works seamlessly, allowing me to create a scribe very quickly and easily. I also find the screen capture function adds quick and concise documentation without impeding workflows. The initial setup was super easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for Onboarding and SOPs with Easy Customization"
What do you like best about Scribe?

I use Scribe and it saved me so much time, especially with onboarding and creating SOPs. I started with the trial version, which was great, but I upgraded to Pro for its customization to create SOPs with non-web-based software. It gives me some time back each day and saves me from having to repeat myself. What I like most about Scribe is its ease of use. I also appreciate that it offers multiple ways to share. The Pro features really enhance my experience, especially the ability to screen my entire screen to show my team the SOP as I would do it, which is a game changer. The initial setup was super easy.
