1. SAP SuccessFactors products are very much employee friendly.

2. It helps for HR transformation.

Downside to SAP SF would be system enhancements like product designing based on individual clients.

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

User friendly interface is the best part of using Success Factors. Different types of KPIs and tasks are covered. Required information for employee is available. Easy to login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Loading time while using success factors is time consuming. Data may be validated before pushing in Success Factors.

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

It is user friendly

It allows you to create your workflows

Completed an integration with another platform, it allowed us to use the test site to test files before going live

We needed to pull in data from another ATS for reporting but there had complications so we wound up using SAP to pull that info to report on. It was much easier going through SAP Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is the one-stop solution for HR needs and transformation. The talent onboarding process has become seamless, along with performance management. UI is pretty simple and interactive.
