In particular, the Performance Management feature has been very useful for me, as it allows me to set clear goals, evaluate my performance, and receive feedback from my supervisors and colleagues. What I like least about SuccessFactors is the learning curve that I had to overcome at first. Although the platform is easy to use once you get the hang of it, the initial learning process can be a bit overwhelming, especially if you've never used similar software before.
