What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

I can say that what I like most about the platform is its wide range of tools for human capital management. From recruitment and selection to employee development and retention, SuccessFactors can do it all.

In particular, the Performance Management feature has been very useful for me, as it allows me to set clear goals, evaluate my performance, and receive feedback from my supervisors and colleagues. I also enjoy the training and development tools, which help me improve my skills and advance in my career. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

What I like least about SuccessFactors is the learning curve that I had to overcome at first. Although the platform is easy to use once you get the hang of it, the initial learning process can be a bit overwhelming, especially if you've never used similar software before.

I've also noticed that, at times, the platform can be a bit slow, especially when handling large amounts of data. Although this hasn't caused me any major issues, it can be a bit frustrating when it comes to meeting tight deadlines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The problems that SAP SuccessFactors has solved in my job are the ease of applying for job vacancies within the company and the possibility of taking training courses within the platform, all in one place. What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

Faciliates everything for HR proceses, less paper, easy forwarding to the relevant persons, recruititing for employees is made easily, documents can be uploaded and downloaded by the employees comfortably, when using it regularly it is very easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

Everyone always needs to have access to SAP SF all the time, for some employees not working regularly with it, it can sometimes be not very easy going to use. The design is also not that appealing to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

SAP SuccessFactors covers payroll and data needs in almost all the countries.

It can be used as a standalone HR suite or we can aldo use its individual module and integrate it with SAP ERP as backend.

Integration with legacy HR application can be challenging and also cost to implement SuccessFactors is very high which is the resason most organisation dont use all the module. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central manages Employe Personal Data plus Organisational related data.

This provides HR a easy searchable database.

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

SAP Success Factors is one of the mature HRMS systems which I have ever used. Below are a few best features which i liked the most.

- Timelily notifications and reminders for each transaction

- Approval workflow creations without to many dependencies on IT team

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

SAP Success Factors has been improved a lot over a period of time. Below are few more improvements which i can say is needed.

- User experience and UI are still an old age.

SAP Success Factors helped us manage the Core HR processes. We have streamlined the employees' time tracking and performance management with the help of SAP Success factors. What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

SAP SuccessFactors ia the perfect Core HR application, and i can say best HR application i have used so far. Sucessfactor is very user-friendly and has a good vision for Employees Development like, Training, Performance management, Employee File and the Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
