What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

A good place to capture and store all review data as a manager. I haven't used any other performance tracking tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

Part of this may be due to company implementation, but viewing information is singular - no way to compare employee plans or view total set. Can be difficult to navigate through and copy information between employees (e.g. goals, etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

Successfactors is not intuitive and not easy to use although the functionality should be quite straight forward. I have found it cumbersome to use, e.g. it is not obvious how to copy a goal from last year's into this year's plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Greatly standardizes performance reviews across departments and the company- easy to administer and enforce the review process, and ensure appropriate controls. Filling out reviews can be very fast. Navigating the app can be somewhat clumsy, and can be difficult to keep the app current if your review processes change. Unfortunately you are dependent on their services team to make changes to the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
