Tracking the performance of our employees is extremely important. But more so is the growth that we can accomplish by doing so. What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

OK tool for performance and project reviews. Allows admins to customize questions to meet different use cases. Reviews are created and distributed, approval processes are defined, and everything is tracked in the history. The org chart is a nice feature when it doesn't crash. What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

Our HR systems person referred to this tool as "SucksFactors" during onboarding. I think that says it all...frequent crashes, poor purposeless UI, and very difficult to do seemingly simply tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

I like the option to use templates for emails and job descriptions. It's convenience to email candidates directly from the tool. It is adequate for managing the candidate pipeline but is not robust enough to be a true CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

I don't like the fact that it is not connected to Linkedin or Outlook. The user interface is not intuitive and does not allow for an easy snapshot of a candidate history. There is no convenient way to track feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great place to store and automate employee performance. Employees can login and set targets and objects, Managers can track and review in one place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

The structure works well for employees with hard targets e.g. make this many x per day, or sell x in time-scale.
