What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

I like how easy it is to add a goal and measure your progress. Also, If you have a hard time coming up with goals, there is an option for success factors to give you ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

It's another system to log into. I was so busy with work that I never had time to log in, so I could never remember my password. I would get locked out of success factors after attempting my password too many times and would have to contact hr to reset my password. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

This is a very good platform for coordinating employee performance reviews, 360-degree style. It forces a quantitative, metric-driven process, which works well if the roles fit this type of review process. Important to have HR coordinate and complement the SFAdmin reminders with their own emails, as the SFAdmin emails are easily ignored Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP SuccessFactors solving and how is that benefiting you?

The process flows are well laid-out for collegial and performance reviews. It shows that HR assigns colleague raters --> manager assigns colleage raters --> HR approves raters --> evaluation --> complete. What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

The writing tool was helpful when filling out feedback forms for employees during the review process. I tried to use badging often, but it never seemed to catch on within the organization by others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main dislike would be that the forms are static content. There's not much/any for interactivity within the form or anything that really makes it feel much superior to a paper document at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
