What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

When installing SuccessFactors, we were consolidating three unique platforms for tracking global learning. It was time consuming to monitor and track training. During our implementation, the support from our installation consultants was valuable as they helped us to understand the importance of our project plan and associated milestones. What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

They have a great product- each with a lot of capability and features. Some of their product experts have a lot of great insight and knowledge of the best practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

Their support is lacking, you have to go through several layers, each time repeating the issue and context before something is resolved. Release management is not great- a new release can break a process even though it is not supposed to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Push to get the best implementation consultants, persevere on your needs as someone will know how to get it done. Get Platinum support. Do not try to implement too many modules at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Suggested text when writing a review. The tool give you great suggestions for text based on benchmarks established for how you feel the employee is performing an area as a whole.

- Navigation makes it difficult to get to where you want to go

- Administration was heavily dependent on Success factors services team. It was very labor intensive to set up the annual review process and wasn't easy to make changes to the process after it was launched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
