Amazing user interface, easy to use, addresses all HR issues. I love the learning management tools and performance management section of the software. It's super easy to input your goals and for your manager to e-sign off on them. Everything is located in a centralized location and all is on the cloud so you can view SuccessFactors anywhere! There are lots of parts to the software so it can get complicated. Also, some parts have a lot of steps so sometimes I felt unmotivated/lazy to finish the whole goal setting part, learning modules, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
