What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?
Amazing user interface, easy to use, addresses all HR issues. I love the learning management tools and performance management section of the software. It's super easy to input your goals and for your manager to e-sign off on them. Everything is located in a centralized location and all is on the cloud so you can view SuccessFactors anywhere! What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?
There are lots of parts to the software so it can get complicated. Also, some parts have a lot of steps so sometimes I felt unmotivated/lazy to finish the whole goal setting part, learning modules, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?
I manage the ATS/recruiting and have not found any major issues. As a recruiter, I find it fairly intuitive and easy to navigate. The candidate portal is straight forward as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?
The ATS is a part of the entire system, and therefore, I can't change something in the ATS without changing it system wide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
