What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

Effective and easy to use tool for HR related functionalities i.e. employee management, performance review, payroll etc. It's cloud based system. So no need to setup whole infrastructure.It can be accessed from anywhere with internet connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

The challenge appears when it comes to integration with third party as limited number of api are available. Data type and structure can vary in third party systems with available APIs as well.

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

SAP Successfactors is pretty straight forward and user-friendly for HR to track all people related information. It also provided custom reports which were easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

It does not include predictive analytics to a certain extent. It takes some work to integrate the data into insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP SuccessFactors solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

SuccessFactors is a great human capital management cloud based suite which offers a range of HR modules.

Its very suitable for hiring managers, recruiters and talent management which turns out to be really helpful for any organizations. It’s also an HR information system (HRIS) that lets an organizations manage their HR tasks in a centralized way. Overall, its a good treding product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

We all know, SAP tries its level best to provide the products to their customers by offering them tools with all the features being available at one place. Same happens with this too, and hence this software can be little complex and challenging for newbies, for looking for the required features in this comprehensive tool.

Also, it doesn't allow users to make much customizations or create a reports for additional functionalities.

And, as always "the interface", its still looks kinda old and outdated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP SuccessFactors solving and how is that benefiting you?

In terms of Core HR & payrolls, It really helps the companies to streamline processes of payroll, time and attendance tracking and self-service HR.

While in terms of talent management, SuccessFactors is a all-in-one solution that includes performance tracking, recruitment tasks, onboarding of new employees, compensating, learning and development. What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

The best feature about SAP SuccessFactors is that everything can be handled under one roof, such as payroll, talent management, and so on, all on one platform. It is particularly beneficial in any business that needs to automate the basic check-in and check-out procedure with a simple request. SAP SuccessFactors gives a highly streamlined and automated HR experience; it is extremely simple and helpful to digitize and adapt to the modern and ever-changing world of HR; and it is quite simple to manage diverse sectors of the workforce with it. What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

We are helping my organization integrate and analyze data more easily and effectively. It's also a great tool for developing and building the workforce, while also giving employees a better experience. SAP SuccessFactors is solving the problem of the entire HR department to keep focus on candidate employees for interview process, payroll process, everything is automated so it is a hassle free application. SAP SuccessFactors can be grouped within an organization and provide the necessary privileges to the respective people with simple configuration settings at the administrative levels. What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

I like really the UI part of hat they have design, we generally used for the appraisal and goal settings.

So there are 3 types of reporting in SF

One Adhoc second is detailed and third is Advanced which are used in our organisation

Duplicity is available in portlet which makes user confused many times .
